I loved staying here will be booking again soon for another trip!!!
The only bad thing I can say is that the ac kept going out on our floor so it made it hard for our room to stay cool
Loved the pool and the bed was very comfortable
Staff was ok, but when we asked for extra towels because there wasn't enough in the room they told me to come down to get them then I had to wait nearly 30 minutes. I thought that inconsiderate and unprofessional. They should have delivered them to our room when they were ready.
Very clean room and smelled pleasant.
We were given the wrong room. Could hear the couple partying next door all night. Could hear small kids running and jumping and sliding in the room above ours starting at 6:30am
The location was excellent, close to many activities, stores, and restaurants. The breakfast was also good and well stocked.
Our room had a bad smell like someone had smoked in it before. We had asked a front desk clerk if pool towels were available and came down to the swimming pool and was told that it was closed after we had come down and not when we asked about the towels. Also, pool furniture was broken and ripped and the garbage had not been emptied by the pool. Also, garbage was strewn around the property. As highly as this hotel has been regarded in the past, we were very disappointed. Hopefully, improvements will be made and this property will be better maintained.
very friendly staff and the breakfast was really good. Would stay here again
I liked the location a lot, but did not like the neighborhood I had to drive through to actually get to Ft. Worth. It seemed a little rough and not the kind of place I would want to stop. The staff was awesome, and everyone made an effort to ask how we were doing and if we were enjoying our stay.
I felt like the information on the website was a little misleading. I wanted a pool, but the pool was nothing like it was pictured. I was under the impression the room I had a tub, the website made it feel like I was to expect some bigger and nicer, not just a standard shower tub.
Would like to have a hot breakfast offered. Danish, cereal, and yogurt just are not enough.
LOVED THE BED!!!!
We were traveling with another couple. They had their own room. We came in from the parking lot and our friends requested from the clerk a couple of bottles of water. They received some bit our request was denied. We were not frequent enough guests or not members for your club. It was Very Rude of your staff to deny us bottles of water. We will look elsewhere when we need lodging.
Breakfast - internet access on 1st floor. My oldest son has Down's syndrome and lives with his mom in Fort Worth - he stays with me when I am down there and he loves it.
Everything and everybody was very good. I extended my stay 2 times:o)
Very smellie with artificial candles or something like that left with a massive that lasted. 3 days would not go back
The room and facilities we very clean. The waffles awesome!!
They were very courteous and the room was very nice. We only stayed one day instead of the 2 that we had originally booked. There was a change in plans with the relatives. Otherwise it was great.
I can't think of anything I didn't like.
Super staff, very helpful and informative.
My own fauly yhis La Quinta was almost 20 miles from the venue of the program I came to Fort Worth. I should have called the hotel and found out where it was compared to the Baptist Seminary!
Very nice hotel with a good selection for breakfast and outdoor pool and very nice tidy and clean rooms. The staff were very helpful. Be aware though that adding a bed to some of the rooms can be a little difficult and leaves the room cramped, but in this part of the world you do not want to be in your room any more than to sleep. Check with the hotel before booking for special requirements would be my advice.
Problems with the booking so it is always worth checking your booking before you arrive just in case, it was a miscommunication between the hotel and booking, com but was resolved with a phone call which was free from the room phone.
Situated convenient for visiting Town and Stockyards. Acceptable hotel.
Complimentary Breakfast was not very good. Very minimized comparing to other hotels as for example Hampton Inn. Door from room was not closing and there was damage from earlier burgelary or so.
The staff was amazing
Lots of guests had dogs never have I stayed at a hotel where there was so many dogs
There was no difference between the low & high settings for the fan. Although the room did cool when we adjusted it, never cooled to the degree the thermostat was set!
The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotless and the location was nice and quiet, but still close to several places to eat.
friendliest staff I have ever encountered in a hotel. very comfortable bed.
small pool and it was out of service
