It was really closed to the airport.
We had our money on hold 3 times is our cards. Also they don't have enough parking. At breakfast the coffee machine was not working.

the unprofessionalism of the staff on the midnight shift. there was a situation between shuttle driver and his girlfriend and a second woman in the hallway at 3:30 am until 4:15, which included loud banging on the door, frighting, cursing, and screaming when driver's girlfriend caught him with another woman in #209. there were actually blows thrown and blood shed. i will not stay at that location again. looking for a refund.

The bed was really comfortable
There was a dog in the room next to me that constantly barked, therefore my quality of sleep wasn't very good.

The only plus for my one night stay was the breakfast which was adequate for the price I paid. Shuttle drivers were very friendly and good drivers.
Asked for a quiet room prior to arrival - Room 220 - Facing main carriageway outside - frequently woken up during the night due to traffic and sirens. Spiders in bath and strange odour from toilet. I did not complain, due to only staying one night. No eating facilities at hotel, option was to order a takeaway.

Stairs - which for an amputee family was troublesome. Transfer bus was not easy to locate & not well publicised as to airport pickup; for a 1st time traveler to NYC/ JFK

We waited for a shuttle for 40 minutes after we called the hotel, though it's 10 minutes ride between airport and hotel. We checked out at 8 am, but at 12 received a call, asking when we gonna check out. Now I see that they charged me extra $150 and I have to spend time to get my money back.
We liked that the hotel was close to JFK due to our arrival at 12.30am. The shuttle came as soon as we called and left on time the next morning. The room was very large and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast supplied was also good and we like that we could make fresh waffles.

I didn't like the fact that there was no Courtesy Phones at the airport to contact the Hotel. We had to wait over 1 1/2 hours for the Shuttle to come and eventually collect us and that was after 2 attempts at contacting them. The Shuttle arrived about 10 minutes after we first contacted them but drove off as soon as we were about 5 metres away from the Shuttle door, after only picking up a lady who was stood a few metres from us. Our room was right next to a busy and noisy main road, even though it was 1 o'clock in the morning. The air conditioning was not working properly and was very noisy. There was an adjoining door in our room which was left unlocked and when we opened it to check whether they had placed the extra bed that we requested, to our horror, we saw someone sleeping the bed. Needless to say, we were at first shocked, then angry at the fact anybody could have had access to our room whilst we were asleep. Finally, just when I thought things couldn't get any worse, I discovered that my Passport was missing when we arrived at airport Check-in the next day. It was then that I remembered I had used it as a form of ID to pay for the room and the hotel attendant didn't return it. When I rang the hotel asking about my passport, a member of staff told me that someone found it and placed it in Lost Property. UNBELIEVABLE! I mean, I was a guest at the hotel so surely they knew who it belonged to, what room I was staying in and most of all, how to contact me. Overall, it was a terrible stay and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
Awful "Breakfast", couldn´t eat anything!
Was instructed that my room was a non smoking room but it smelled heavily of smoke upon entering. The mattress had a plastic cover over it-I guess they have a problem with people wetting the bed at night?? Noisy people on the hall, tv blaring and children crying. Did not feel safe in the location at all. DO NOT STAY!
I liked that they offered a shuttle to the airport. The driver was very friendly. The staff was very professional. I enjoyed my stay.
I didn't like the musk smell. It smelled like sour laundry. Or if there was a leak on the carpet and it wasn't dried properly.

We ordered an extra bed for the 3rd room (for three young men to share one room), but only was aware after arrival that the bed wasn't available. The staff's attitude toward international students was horrible! As a faculty member I had to make a phone call and she yelled at me on the phone, stating I booked the hotel at bookings.com without ever discussing with her about the bed. I asked her if bookings.com a right place to book their hotel? She was silent. Only after threatening to talk to the manager, she agreed to provide bedding. The staff's attitude left poor impression on international tourists, in particular college students!

Free wifi and bathrooms were very clean.
The traffic was very loud all night. The hotel had a musty smell and the beds were not that comfortable. The worst thing is the area. Do NOT try to leave the hotel to buy food on foot. There is nothing around and the area is rough. Order in!
