The location is good, but then all locations in Moscow, ID are good. It is a small town.
The motel is getting a bit tacky. The carpet in the halls was dirty and worn. The room was OK - about what you would expect but the price was excessive for what you get. The breakfast was horrible. Don't plan on saving money by eating breakfast in the hotel. It is amazing how bad they can make it. All sugar and mass produced products that could have been plastic for the flavor - none.
Brock (I think) was great at customer service, he was super helpful and attentive. The whole stay was a good experience. The breakfast was awesome. Overall the best hotel in the area, especially for the price!
Convenient to College, Cleanliness, Excellent staff, Breakfast was wonderful, Pool, spa relaxing Discount at Applebee's for meals.
Difficult to find. Internet did not work most of the time
Staff are excellency. Overall the is good.
Wi-fi (internet) is too slow. It's easy to improve.
They accepted my 2 small dogs.
The bathroom was so dirty and loaded with mold that I was afraid to take a bath. There was an unidentified white substance on the wall and door jam. The #1 reason we booked here was for the hot tub. It was so gross with brown foam and murkey water. I suffer from sever muscle spasms and need the hot tub after a day in the car and was not able to relax. The design of the building made the lobby act like an echo chamber and was the noisiest motel room I ever stayed in. I got very little sleep. I have photos on my phone but you don't allow for them to post here. Last time I spend money at La Quinta
The mattress was extremely comfortable. Room was clean. Loved the breakfast and the evening cookies.
Located within walking distance to restaurants and shopping which was nice. Our room was very clean, comfortable, nicely furnished and the staff for the most part, were friendly and helpful. Pretty quiet even though we were on the 2nd floor facing the parking lot. The free breakfast was wonderful with make your own waffles along with scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, yogurt, cereal, etc! My 5 yr old loved cookies and milk time (7-8 PM)
The staff. Housekeeping staff were wonderful, and so was one of the front desk ladies but a few of the others could definitely use some customer service training!
Comfortable beds, friendly staff, clean room, and good choices for breakkfast.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Wifi not too good.
I asked for a quite room and I got one!
When you walked in the front door to check in, the smell of chlorine was really over powering...
The indoor pool and spa were closed the days we were there. Would have been nice to know in advance they were both down for scheduled maintenance!
Location and newness.
Staff was very friendly and competent - loved the 5 pillows on the comfortable bed - shower head was better than the La Quinta in Sacramento - Will stay there again - breakfast was ok 6.5 on scale of 10
The staff was outstanding. They were very accommodating and answered all questions with a smile.
Made reservations 3 months prior to my stay. When checking into La Quinta Inn the front desk informed me my reservations were for the year 2014 and they had no rooms available. I produced a confirmation number and all of a sudden they had a room for us. Didn't like how they immediately said there was no rooms available without looking into the situation until I produced a confirmation number.
The cookies and the breakfast and the room was nice and clean
no fan to vent steam in the bathroom
Bare bones motel for inflated price. Dust and hair in bathroom , pillows smelled used. Air conditioner turned off at night no way to turn it up. Horrible smell of cooking sausages came up in morning from downstairs. One tiny vial of shampoo for two people was all in the way of amenities. Bare furnishings and thin walls , we could hear all noise from outside in hall Cold eggs for breakfast. Skip this place- not worth $149 a night or even $60!
very comfortable bed
the breakfast came across as very, very budget
location, convenience, price ok, breakfast, nice shower, quiet. desk clerk trouble-shot and fixed problem with wifi -- was fine after that. would recommend but for the mattress issue.
room 312 mattress needs to be flipped or replaced -- has holes, and is hammock-like. playing faux (Fox) news on the tv at breakfast -- or any time.
