good cleaning service

My room had an old smoking smell, and before you get in the elevator, you must carry your luggage over the stairs. There is no elevator on the lobby's floor!

walking upstairs to take elevator,had a hard time with elevator for luggage. booked nonsmoking room and had to change to different floor smell was terrible. 2nd time staying here but unfortunately will prob be the last.

I did not care for the facility itself. It had only one computer to use. The ADA was not the greatest, since I work for Code Compliance I know. Not much security.

We were there for a storm related emergency and the staff was very helpful and understanding.

It provided an easy base for a stop off from Newark to Boston

It was a bland, somewhat faceless chain

J'ai apprécié le lit et les oreillers douillets, le petit déjeuner continental et surtout le restaurant. Le repas était excellent.

Les bureaux étaient poussiéreux, les miroirs sales et le lavabo n'était pas bien lavé.

Carpets in public areas are dirty

it is literally a couple minutes from the city. its far away enough, yet close. its also right next to a diner. you do not have to leave the hotel to get to the diner. you just walk right in.

when i made my reservation, i asked to check out a little later than usual and i was informed that this would be no problem. come the morning of my check out, and the staff is continuously knocking on the door to let me know check out was at 12. i tried explaining that i had a late check out but the front supervisor told me that if i stayed past I would be charged an entire days stay. he said they could only extend my stay till 1pm and then i had to leavr. although he could see the note attached to my reservation he was adamant that we had to leave. we were literally kicked out of that place.

Das schlmmste Hotel seit Jahren. Als vielreisender kenne ich Hotels aller Arten, aber hier erlebte ich den negativen Höhepunkt. Das Personal bestand nur aus einem Mann, der sehr ungreundlich war und der anscheinend gar keine Lust hatte zu arbeiten. Als wir das Zimmer öffneten, traf uns der Schlag: es war noch nicht gemacht. Die Handtücher lagen verteilt auf dem Boden und das Bett noch durcheinander. Wir sind dann natürlich wieder zur Rezeption und haben uns ein neues Zimmer geben lassen (es gab übrigens keine Entschuldigung). Das neue Zimmer schien auf den ersten Blick in Ordnung. Doch es folgten auch hier einige HIghlights: der Boden war nicht gesaugt und voller Chipskrümel; im Bad hing noch eine Jeans und eine dreckige Unterhhose !!!
