$106 was expensive for this facility. We will stay elsewhere for our next teip to Walla Walla

Customer service was impeccable. They went above and beyond for every request. Brand newly renovated suites and large rooms. Good hot breakfasts and warm cookies in the evening.

Minor thing to change would be pool towels. They had to be requested at the front desk and were really small and well used.

Better stay than last time. This time the room was quiet. Good value.

Very noisy room. The shower in the room next door sounded like it was IN our bed. I even went in our bathroom to see if our shower had somehow come on! The walls are paper thin. We could hear everything next door, and hears the TV next door playing the news at 6 am. The breakfast was average, and the coffee was very bitter.

It was a good location and the price was great if you are looking for a place to crash for the night. My wife really enjoyed the in-room hot tub.

Even though my wife liked the hot tub, I did not use it and preferred the shower. To say that the shower and potty shared some pretty close quarters would be a gross understatement! Those two appliances were jammed into the smallest of spaces! The act of showering and relieving oneself when you are 6' 6" tall and weigh 250 pounds in that facility was challenging to say the least. Perhaps, in addition to the wall-mounted hair dryer they could have hung a shoe horn to help extricate the big guy after his shower? Seriously, there is not much one can do about the bathroom layout but I had to report this so the next person who stays there is not taken by surprise. The other negative thing was that we stayed in a "ground floor" room. We had to descend onto floor one and it really felt as if we were going into someone's basement. It didn't smell musty or anything but it just had that "cellar" feeling. The person in the room above us had the music going at about 150 decibels when we got there but a quick call to the desk seemed to help as the sound level dropped about 15 minutes later and everything was OK from there on out.

There was some confusion about my booking - they couldn't find it. I am still not sure whether I have in fact paid for the stay. This accounts for my rating of ease of use below.

The bed was so,so comfortable. The staff was very helpful. I had a great night sleep.

The hotel was very comfortable, and the staff were very nice. They had mixed up our reservation,but apologized and did all they could to adjust. The hotel comes off as a little "crusty" and simplistic in it's decor,a little worn. But clean and comfortable bed and all very adequate. We were just staying one night and it was just fine for that. The value for money at $79/night was excellent.

When we moved into room 121 it was fine. After we returned from a 3 hour visit out of town, we discovered the toilet over flowing into the adjoining room, and out into the hall way. We called the desk and Heather assigned us room 111. My wife's shoes were soaked, an electronic game laying next to the toilet was destroyed, and we were stressed to say the least. Heather was unable to help us move because she was alone and had to clean the room and manage the motel all by herself. I asked to speak to the manger, and was told that she was unavailable. The next morning Heather stated that the manager had authorized her to refund our money for our stay. Again I asked to speak the manager, the manager didn't call me. I asked for the cooperation head quarters telephone number, and the staff on duty were unable to pervide the number. This was the most disappointing motel stay we have ever had, regardless of price. I have traveled the world durning 23 years in the military, and as a correctional employee for 25 years after that. Thanks for letting me vent. Preston Hall

Clean, friendly staff, close to highway with excellent access to Whitman and Walla Walla Community College. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a clean, well-lighted room. Staff was always helpful and polite.

Minor maintenance issues: Battery expired in room door lock, so keys failed. So did the second set of keys. Also happened to a secondary hotel entry door Screw backed out and drapery pull handle fell off.

La Quinta in Walla Walla is conveniently located to everything. The staff person at the front desk was very helpful.

Breakfast not as good as it could be.

The beds were the most comfortable motel beds ever and the bedding was inviting and didn't fall off the bed at night. The price was good. We'd never stayed at a La Quinta and will choose it again if it stays within our price range. The room was fresh and spotless.

Although it was a non smoking motel there were guests smoking right outside the entrance. Yuck. Also, the hot tub was out of order. That was a disappointment.

La Quinta Inn in Walla Walla has a very nice staff with well furnished rooms that give the customer everything that they could need for a relaxed stay. Rooms come with almost a full kitchen ( plates, forks, knives, cups ) a dishwasher / sink and microwave. Nice little indoor pool / spa with a workout room and laundry room for all those needing a quick change of cloths. All in all its a place that gives you just about everything you could want at a really great price and I would defiantly stay at this hotel again and recommend it to anyone I know that needs a place to hold up in on their trip to Walla Walla Washington.

Only thing that would have made this better is if I could have had a spa in my room for the price I paid, but that's just wishful thinking.
