Avery thing was good
convenience, cleanliness and comfort
Friendly staff at check in.
Badly designed old building. No elevator, stairs were difficult for my elderly mother with her luggage. First floor is half underground. Oppressive, dark and feels like a basement. Rooms small, nowhere to sit except bed and a desk chair. Breakfast poor quality and breakfast room also dark. Would be fine for half the price.
Comfortable beds, spacious room, great shower (although the stall was tiny), jacuzzi in room, and could keep our dog in the room while we went out for dinner. Very close to downtown.
Having to take stairs to the room. Easy for us, hard on 14 year old dog and would be hard on anyone with access issues. Don't know if they have an elevator.
Very friendly and helpful personnel. Great spatious room, Wifi, other services like laundry service etc.
I had a room on the groundfloor and could not sleep due to the fact that the ceilings and walls war so thin you could hear everything in the room above and next to me.
The convenience of being able to walk the half mile downtown to the tasting rooms.
I didn't care for the coffee served in the breakfast room.
Your staff really made our stay pleasant. Yesi, Jeremy, and Larisa and the Assistant mgr. are outstanding examples of a well trained staff.
Your bldg. is starting to show some wear and tear. A little paint here and there would be an inexpensive improvement. Broken light fixtures in Room 317 and missing knob on sink could be replaced with minimal cost.
We took a weekend get-away to Walla Wall with our granddaughter, my brother and his wife and their granddaughter. The location was great as there was a nice restaurant across the parking lot where the adults could have dinner and be within walking distance to the hotel so the grandchildren (ages 12 and 16) could stay and swim and order pizza in! They loved it as they felt very grown-up and we felt comfortable because we could easily check on them and were a short walk away if they needed us. The pool is open 24 hours a day, which was nice. The breakfast was amble for what we wanted, the rooms clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!
The weather! It was over 100 degrees which made being outside very uncomfortable. But that was hardly the fault of the hotel!!!
Easy breezy location and so comfortable!!! Loved this hotel and will always stay there when we visit the home of the Walla Walla Sweets!!!!
So hot in the last month of July!!!! Hard to wine taste in 107 heat!!! The hotel was cool and nice pool!!!
THE BEDS, THE BEDS!
To think of something to fill in this box
Indoor pool was a treat (but didn't have towels), and hit tub was a nice way to wind down at the end of the day. Great location, too - walking distance to heart of downtown.
Breakfast offerings were pretty average at best- stale English muffins, weak coffee and cold eggs.
Close to wine tours. We went to several wineries and the hotel proximity was fantastic! Saviah cellars was our favorite and a 5-10 minute drive from the hotel.
Could not get good directions from hotel staff to bike rentals, bank machines, or restaurants. Important to know your surroundings in a tourism industry.
Rooms were clean. Reno's well done. Staff nice. Breakfast was good with hot selections.
The pool area was really hot and loud. It needs some doors open or air flow to make it palatable.
The room I was first asigned the ice machine was so loud it kept me awake most of the night
Walking distance to downtown, patio area.
Staff was great! Front desk staff were wonderful. Close to a great Italian restaurant. Very nice facility for the price. Would stay there anytime.
I have nothing to complain or comment about. Great stay!
location comfortable bed
breakfast was poor to get to the first floor you needed to take stairs first up and then back down - same in reverse
Staff were plus plus all the way!
No elevator or sloped ramps Bed was like sleeping on a brick
Close to downtown, tasting rooms and restaurants.
Staff put us wrong room. Construction woke us up at 8:00 am. Forced us to move rooms. Second day. Manager was clueless. Will mot stay agian.
The location was close to town. Beds were comfortable.
Noisy at night
-room was in the basement....loog out the window.grass was at eye level -you could hear EVERYTHING from other rooms....including everytime the toilet was flushed....thought the room was going to flood
Staff was friendly especially Whitney
Had a room in the lower level which was dark and not updated. Staff was nice enough to move us.
