La Quinta Inn Queens  

The excellent customer service, informal concierge attitude, and the facility was top-rate in cleanliness. The rooms were meticulous!

The lobby computers were too slow - not sure if that was the hotel's fault or the service they were using. The breakfast in the morning was mediocre at best - sausage not cooked, eggs were tasteless and the coffee was bad-tasting. The breakfast facility did not match the superb rest of the hotel!!!!

Location was great, just 2 mins from train station. About 10 mins ride to the center of NY

Loud (inside and outside). Awful breakfast. Unfriendly stuff. Old furnitures and room sometimes dirty. Not value for money.

I like that it was 3 blocks from the subway. Subway was the cheapest way for us to get around.

The location is great. The subway station, bus station and restaurants are in 3mins by walking. The breakfast is not bad. However, it's hard to use the shower head. It's OK, but not usual.Just a little hard to find the way to open it. 总的来说这家酒店不错，性价比蛮高的，就是水龙头有点伤不起~(>_<)~多亏我们有个技术型- 的姑娘~~

We weren't told the hours for breakfast and missed it both days.

The breakfast was good.

The heater in our room was too noisy. We did not really like the location because we used to stay in La Quinta Inn in weekend so that was kind of complicated for us to get from Queens to Downtown. I mean the train #7 does not work on weekends so we had to take a bus or taxi.

Comfort of bed, clean, quiet, good location for subway and good cleaning staff.

Great location- 4 min walking from a subway station. breakfast was ok. it was the cheapest option for us during new year's weekend.

Our first experience with this hotel was when we try to call them and to let them know that our flight was delayed and we'll arrive late at night-and nobody answer at 11pm after a long day we arrived to the hotel, and we saw 3 guys in the front desk, seemed just talking and that was the reason for the phone call which not answerd. we finally got a room. it was dirty after a guest left and even the tip to the housekeeping was still there! of course we got another room after the guy in the front desk was shocked. its was in the basement so it was cold and you can hear the shower in the floor upstaris.the sheets was dirty and also the towels. we try to call to the front desk to say the Heating dont work, but- nobody answer...we try to have fun and forget all of that. it was very disappointing to see that the workers at the front desk just sitting and busy with their own ipad and facebook

The staff, breakfast facilities, cleanliness of the rooms, everything about this hotel was absolutely brilliant, could not recommend it highly enough....great budget place to stay, location excellent, you are directly opposite the subway taking you into time square in approx.....20 minutes....

There was nothing really I could say that was nice about this hotel. I have stayed at other La Quintas that were very nice down south. We were coming for q funeral and because of the recent hurricane, we were forced to stay out in Queens. I think the price was outrageous for the quality. It advertised a breakfast which was horrible. There was hardly anything available at 8 A.M. Luckily, we had handicapped parking (only one space) in front of the hotel. The parking otherwise was horrible.

i did not like that Hurricane Sandy was coming and i was told when i asked about leaving early that they would not refund me 1 nights stay.

The staff were great! Location was two blocks from the subway....ideal! Comfy bed! Our bathroom appeared to be recently remodeled.

No room air conditioning (broken). Had to sleep with window open and the noise outside was deafening! The free breakfast was not great. This is a small hotel, but it was good for my husband and I.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Subway was nearby, which made connections convenient. Rooms were clean.

Requested towels, wash cloths, and hand towels and never received them. Blanket had to be replaced because of stains.

The location was convenient for the US Tennis Open ... a straight shot on train no. 7 (11 stops), and ethnic restaurants were available in the neighborhood. It also offered free parking on a first come basis (which worked out O.K.).

Our first two nights were comfortable (on the third floor), but our extended stay for an additional night ended up in the basement with a whirl pool tub (or jacuzzi). The room was dirty, decrepit, and extremely noisy (next to parking lot in back), and the front desk never answered when we tried to call numerous times to complain. The room was at a premium and should have been discounted. It was so bad that we would not return to that hotel again. The top floor rooms, however, were fine.

Non-smoking, 2 Queen beds, free Wi-fi, free breakfast, clean room, friendly staff, and convenient to subway.

There were 4 in our room. We were traveling with our teenagers. However, daily, only 3 towels were placed in the room for 4 guests and 1 washcloth.

L'emplacement est excellent: à 2 coins de rue du métro en surface qui mène vers Time Squares dans 15 minutes. La proprété de la chambre. Parking inclus, sauf que premier arrivé, premier servi.

On n'a pas aimé le petit déjeuner.
