    Comfortable rooms.....nice presentation of sleeping area Very nice sleeping! Good lighting and nice desk/work area Bathroom w/makeup mirror was nice

    Small television Bar soap. Smell not appealing Needs another mirror in the living space

    The location was strategically located and the room is clean, linen were very fresh and crisp, and all the staff were hospitable and warm.I would definitely go back to LQ Cedar Park if I have another chance of going back to Austin.

    I checked in after 7 hours of oral surgery. I was clearly in pain and fatigued and simply in need of rest Service was slow. I requested a top floor- could not do. The desk guy put me right next to the elevator. No one offered to help with my bags.Next day - I had to ask to be moved. Not helpful. Had to ask twice. When someone next to me complained about noise in the early morning the desk guy made up an answer that was clearly false. I did get moved, but again no offer of assistance. Clueless.

    The staff was very personable and helpful. The room was very clean, quiet, and modern. I really liked the location to the mall and Austin too. It's right down the street from lots of stores, restaurants, and access to the highway. It's only about 18 minutes to downtown Austin.

    I had a little of trouble getting onto their wifi but we got it fixed with a call to the front desk. Their coffee isn't the best either but everything else was great so I overlooked that. Just change brands!

    The front desk folks were very friendly, Justin, a Mr Sweatman at night, very nice young men. Great hotel. We would certainly stay there again!

    Carpet was flithy,air conditioner did not work, reeked of disinfectant, our children moved to the area, but we will find a better value when we return in June.

    Breakfast was great, King room bathroom was very nice. Beds comfortable.

    Double room bathroom shower tub not so nice. Elevator was out twice, and should not have been allowed into working order when it was not working properly. It was pretty scary when it dropped a bit, and was stuck. Not good when you have children.

    Justin at front desk was very knowledgeable about the area and how best to return to the hotel with the least amount of traffic. Housekeepers were also very helpful

    AC unit in room 309 was not working particular well but glad it was a cool night for the windows to be opened

    Cara, the front desk attendant, was awesome! She made me feel very welcome while checking in and was very personable. It's nice to walk in and have someone brighten your evening like that. Just great.

    We were placed in a handicapped room. Not a problem, just wasn't expecting for the room to be arranged to accommodate the handicapped.

    Nothing.

    Everything ... especially the inept staff. If I were booking.com, I would NOT represent this awful motel. It is hurting booking.com's reputation as well as La Quinta's.

    It's neat to have a small snack shop in the lobby and be able to add it to my bill.

    Too much joking around between the staff. They didn't give me my wake-up call I requested. I don't like seeing tatoos on the staff.

    I was simply impressed with the simple and refreshing atmosphere, cleanliness, decor, and convenience of this hotel. It is quite possibly the most impressed I have been with a hotel chain in a long time. Thank you!!!

    Whereas the wireless service in the room away from the center of the hotel is very poor, the hotel offers wired service, which provides true high-speed Internet access. For those who plan to work, the wire is the best option.

    Some of the staff are unprofessional. They talk/gibble/laugh very loud in the hallways. Housekeeping slams the doors all the time. The walls do not block much noise so TVs, rude, loud talking people will keep you up at night if you are a light sleeper.

    The service was the best. Everyone was friendly. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. We had no car but the location was walking distance to the train which took us to downtown Austin. It was perfect. We will return.

    Milton is an asset to the hotel with his friendliness and tourist information whilst still carrying out his duties. The hotel gave a family friendly atmosphere and was ideal for ous stay

    Bathroom was tatty with tiles missing by the bath. The breakfast, although adequate for a few days, was beginning to be tedious by our fifth day

    We were there for the usgp f1 race; room rates were increased, as every hotel in town did, so they got a "good" rating on value. The hotel had race themed decorations up, gave each guest a race goodie bag, offered a breakfast bag to go each morning for those not enjoying the free hot breakfast, and hosted a "happy hour" each evening. Staff was friendly and accommodating at all times. Plenty of dining nearby, and easy highway access. The property was well maintained, very clean and fresh. We plan on returning for our future visits to Austin.

    Weekend housekeeping would get an "Incomplete" grade. On Saturday our bathroom was done, fresh towels, etc. but the bed was not made and coffee pot not cleaned nor supplies replenished. New employee perhaps, or interrupted and forgot to finish- whatever the reason, a housekeeping manager should have inspected the work.

    Close to highway. Very friendly people. Everything looks pretty new and very well cared.

    the design, cleanliness, reasonable cost, free cookies from downstairs

    wifi was spotty and mostly didn't work even though it was free. Staff were very friendly but sometimes not around

    Very nice, clean and peaceful place, close to highway but still quiet, nice pool outside, very friendly staff, very relaxing design of the room - and everything is new and working. Very good value for money.
