Erinomainen sijainti! Aamupala amerikkalaiseksi ihan hyva. Excellent location! Continental complimentary breakfast OK.

Aamiaishuone oli tosi pieni. Sinne taytyi menna todella aikaisin.Breakfast room was rather small and crowded.

It was nicely located just a street away from the main shopping area, and there was alot of Korean food (i love Korean BBQ) and the convenience store was just at the doorstep.. So i could walk 5 mins to shop (at main shopping district) and then walk back to fill my tummy. Parking was also available across the road from the hotel, pretty convenient.

The carpet in the room was stained, so it didnt look clean, and our room's window opened up to a brick wall. (but i reckon this is the norm)There was also no bellboy to help with the heavy luggage as there were steps up to the hotel entrance.. expect DIY.

Location was perfect and at last minute rate was very good value.

Annoying not to be able to open the window in the bedroom - it got very hot.

This hotel is perfectly located between many major sights and big shopping area's, like Macy's and Victoria Secrets for instance.

Location is excellent. Room was more than adequate in size and its in-room facilities.

Inclusive "continental" breakfast just isn't right in NY. Prefer $10 off the room rate and use a local diner (as I did anyway). Rooftop bar is a separate business so no charging to room - and patrons use same elevators til late that stop at all the bedroom floors. Not ideal in terms of security.

Staff is very nice, the room are nice and clean.Breakfeast in ok.

Great position right in the heart of the city

A very noisy room right next to the ice machine and internal plumbing. The cleaning of the room appeared very hasty with rubbish dropped on the floor and items left behind.The breakfast facilities are barely adequate for guest numbers.

Excellent location - right in the heart of Manhattan - staff were all polite and helpful. Bed was very comfortable.

I read all the reviews about this hotel before we went so I knew what to expect. It's difficult to fault the hotel; but if I have to then room was a little small and there was rarely enough space/seats in breakfast room; but you could eat as much as you wanted and the room was only being used to sleep in and it was big enough for that. I would certainly use this hotel again.

The rooftop terrace & bar has a stunning view of Empire State Building. Free breakfast, good selection. The bed was very comfortable. Location very close to Macey's & the Empire State bldg.

The bathroom was very small. We had a room at the back and there was a continual humming noise from the ventilator shaft of the building behind. Not enough tables in the breakfast room, you had to grab one as soon as one became free.

Very comfy beds. Queen size. Great location. Free breakfast.

Like the little 14th floor bar with the outside deck.

Only fault I found was that I couldn't get the Yankees on TV

The room was overall comfortable, the staf was profesionally friendly, air conditioning mashine inside the room (a little bit noisy), you could find ice cube mashines in the hotel free of charge, the breakfast was ok, you could use pc and printer at any time of the day free of charge without having anyone over your head, satisfying speed of internet accessible in every room, the location excellent crowded street and safe, secconds away from empire state building and macy's, close to drugstores and several restaurants and popular fast food chains.

The bathroom was not well aranged and the toilet was literally squeezed between the sink and the bathtub leaving no space at all, the cleaning could be better, the doors and walls had findertip marks all over which ruined the good overall image of the room, quite expensive I might say. Small breakfast room and difficult to find a seat after 9 o'clock.
