Very convenient to my family in Santa Clara and to the event I was going to. Breakfast was wonderful as were all the staff. I highly recommend this hotel and will tell all my friends about it. Great value for the stay.

Well insulated walls, the furniture was perfect for work. and four cups of beans for coffee.

Newly renovated...very nice. Service was excellent and the rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Coffee was excellent.

Breakfast was somewhat under par for such a nice hotel, particularly the eggs and selection of sides, particularly no sweet rolls or muffins.

Beautiful rooms. Coffee maker was very nice. Breakfast-good selection. Parking very good.

1.) loud drunk young adults woke us up at 0130 stomping up the stairs, shouting, belligerent. I called front desk, they knocked on their door, but continued to be loud for 45 more minutes. 2.) Sent kids out for ice earlier, they noted several intimidating young adults standing in hallway along the wall, gang-like, loitering, scary for kids. 3.) When arriving 930pm, 3 children in hallway were playing hockey, not quietly. This reflects poorly on management. 4.) Duster left in hallway on floor.

I liked the fact that the room are brand new.......plenty of current day connectors for your favorite gadgets as well.

There was an odd smell in our bathroom that would not go away.....kinda annoying.

We stayed for one nite since we had to take a plane the next day. I understand people complain sometimes about the renovation but it didnt bother us at all and our room was super clean. breakfast was great and the computer-printer work very well, staff, shuttle was great also. we would stay again there. thanks

nothing, maybe have more options for food delivery instead of pizza hut and dominos?...the bar wasnt working but i bet is because of the renovation.

Friendly and helpful staff; location great for downtown San Jose - only 10 minutes away; clean; easy access from freeway.

Staff and general manager were wonderful. I came in not feeling well, they made sure I had some water and assisted me in getting to my room. Ryan, the gm called me twice to make sure I was happy.

The hotel is under construction and yet you charge full price. The first room was dirty, not because the maid did not do the job but because the room had not been refreshed since the early 1920s (I am guessing :-) Also you are a pet friendly hotel. That should be told to all guests so you have a choice to be in a room next to two barking dogs like I did.

Price and proximity to airport

Very high room taxes, some of the highest room taxes I've ever seen, and multiple taxation. Indicates out of control corrupt local government.

Nice rooms. Recently renovated. Comfortable beds.

Ottima la posizione per raggiungere l'aeroporto. La struttura è in fase di ristrutturazione ma malgrado questo non abbiamo riscontrato problemi. La camera era piuttosto spaziosa e comunque pulita. Buona anche la colazione.

Usually come to dance competitions twice a year and stay in convention center hotels. Found this property easy access from Hwy 87, exceptionally clean and beautiful. The breakfast was convenient, and staff introduced me to a nearby shopping center with restaurants and a Safeway. Bed linens were luxurious. Loved it!!

Check in after a long drive was brusque & cold. A map of the the property & breakfast hours would have been helpful....Completely missed breakfast on Sat. Since it ended @ 9:30 instead of 10 like the day before. Easily accessible from the highway, but far from shopping. Proximity to the grocery store was nice. Parking was easy & free. Nice remodel.

Only stayed one night. Room was nicer than I expected.

Our room was situated outside the main building. You are supposed to slide your room key to get access to the main building but it did not work. I had to walk around to the main entrance to get to the front desk.

The La Quinta was newly renovated, clean, and had a very friendly staff.

The noise from the airport was annoying at times.

Convenient location. Easy on/off freeway. Traveled with two small dogs. Pet room was convenient to outside.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are average but everything was fine. Breakfast was good. There is a Burger King next door.

Not very clean outside the room. The hotel is getting renovated now. May be they take some time to settle down.

Rooms had been recently refurbished and were very clean and well-appointed. Staff was efficient and friendly.

Breakfast wasn't great, but it was free!
