One of the room keys didn't work most of the time. House keeping short cheated us on towels not just once but twice. When I called the front desk they had no one to get us the towels, we had to do with what the front office had on hand. The contenntal breakfast was not up to your normal standards, the fruit was old, the selection was poor. The hotel is not dog friendly. The dogs are not allowed in the elevator or by the pool, can't leave in room unattended but you can't take anywhere else on the property Also what with the safe charge? I didn't ask for a safe didn't use the safe, but was charged everyday for the safe. I had booked with Booking.com and was told 527.00 was the cost when I checked out the bill was 626.64. A hundred dollars different. I had stayed at the La Quinta Inn in Ontario and liked it very much, but I don't think I will stay again at a La Quinta Inn again. Was not happy with ordeal. I was traveling with 3 grandchildren.... Twins 10 yrs old and one 12 yr old. Were very dissapointed .. the swimming pool is only 5ft deep went from 3 to 5 ft at the deep end My bill was approx $100 more than I expected and was told I had to take it up with you because I had booked through you \ I had no idea I was booking from anyone other than La Quinta

Your excellent customer service from the time we arrived. We didn't turn on the air conditioner until the last night we spent with you and the air conditioner was extremely loud. So as not to wake our neighbors, we turned it off. We are sorry we didn't report this, but we had a meeting to attend to before we left sd. Thank you.

La Quinta Old Town provides a budget friendly location for exploring San Diego. The staff is very personable and provide a warm welcome and a comfortabale stay. Old Town attractions are a short walk from the hotel and there is easy access to public transportation.

Rooms were refurbished and VERY comfortable. Beds were excellent. TV was big enough to see easily from a distance There was exterior maintenance going on---the exterior really does need a renovation. This place will have all Excellent grades in 6 months or less!

We were leaving on a cruise to hawaii and wanted to see old town,the cruise left two days after our arrival,so we spent two nights at LaQuinta.We were very comfortable and will return.
