For a La Quinta, this had some nice amenities (ex. refrigerator & microwave in room, hot tub & pool, drinks & snacks to purchase in the lobby, decent breakfast).
A little high priced for a La Quinta but the location (near the airport and within walking distance of Old Town) was ideal for us.
Staff were very friendly.
Parking was cramped in my opinion.
The front desk service given by Mr Park was outstanding
it was quiet room
lenin wasn't changed the heater took too long to warm room
Clean,quiet, close to Old Town
Coffeee Pot was broken
The proximity to old town is great.
The bathrooms were very noisy and leaked throughout the entire night. It kept me up most of the night. I also asked the person at the desk for a roll up bed, which I requested when I made my reservation and it took about 2 hours and at least 3 more phone calls to finally get it.
Location to old town
None to report
My husband and I had an early morning flight the next day but the hotel shuttle did not operate before six a.m. The front desk check in clerk called and reserved a taxi for us. When we came downstairs the next morning the cab was waiting. Great location, we walked to dinner in nearby old town, the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean .
The room was great and the hotel is an excellent location for the old town - far enough away from the main drag to be quiet at night.
The shuttle bus seemed to take ages to get to the airport, also the driver did not help to get bags into the shuttle and just stood by and watched me struggle to get them in and then out of the bus. The reception didn't bother to tell me about the location of the elevator, breakfast or check out details. Breakfast room is tiny and packed all of the time. They've just tried to cram in lots of tables and chairs to the point that some of the chairs were unusable.
Location and one of the best staffs anywhere.
No points because I sed you to book my stay.
An airport hotel with no shuttle after 8.00pm isn't a great beginning but to be expected to pay for a taxi as well was just too much to bear! A tiny room with no flat surface at a suitable height for eating or working didn't help and to be charged an in-room safe fee without being advised of such a thing - and not using it anyway - just guaranteed that I will never book here again.
The location was great, being right off of the 5.
Front desk wasn't very friendly, didn't offer common information that most FD do. TV channels are limited and the bathroom could have been cleaner. Will be choosing another hotel for next visit.
Were able to leave our vehicle in underground parking at la Quinta it was extremely affordable and much more safe than airport parking
Magical hotel. Most staff we encountered a smiling and gracious. The hotel is located in the Old City, which is just lovely. Short schoolers wonderful place, leaves you wanting more
location, i like old town. staff were quite nice, no other guest around so we chatted abit.
nothing really. was there during the 4th so of course people well say the $ of staying but its to be expected.
It was convenient, comfortable and quiet. Guadalupe kept things in perfect order!
The wi-fi was hard to connect to, and I really hated the people stuffing menus and fliers through the doors. The air conditioning was very difficult to control.
comfortable and quiet
Had to go up 2 flights of stairs for ice.
Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location, walking distance to center of Old Town.
Parking very tight from space to space and no overhead space for luggage on top of car. High noise level from 5 freeway outside (if room faces the street).
The people were great--friendly, efficient.
The parking was terrible: hard to get to in a cramped basement; too few spaces for the facility; tiny spots (I had to climb over the seats and out the back door).
close to old town & airport
We had to shower in lukewarm water at 5 a.m. which was not pleasant. This was after letting the water run for several minutes.
This place is exellent that 7.5 rating is not accurate it should be at leadt a poin higher
We thought we would have a shuttle from the airport. We were never told that it stops early in the evening & when this happens you have to take a cab costing $20.00
Great location to Old Town.
Hot tub did not look clean.
