Being 5 min from airport and having a free shuttle was great. There is a bar and restaurant on site so you can get something to eat right there. However, the food was not very good. I found the bellman and front desk staff very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough for one night.
The room was spacious. The facilities were good. The bed was comfortable and the linens were particularly fine. It was very clean and quiet. AND, the price was excellent.
I liked the atmosphere and the workers were so helpful.Customer Service skills were exceptional.The representative Lorraine (sorry didn't get her last name)was amazing,friendly and extremely down to earth.
I didn't like the fact that there was no ice machine on my floor (6).

Close to La Guardia Airport
Yes, It’s true the hotel is close to the airport but if you do not know how to get there it can cost you a lot of time and phoning. But for a kind security staff we would not have taken 40 minutes but much more to call the shuttle bus and find out where the stop was. Noise from the airport was evident (no isolated windows) but noise from the terrace and neighboring rooms was an extra. Reception/concierge unattentive and careless. They charged the hotel room three times by mistake and it took us a long time to release the hold on the credit card the guy who did it did not even apologize.

A good lesson that there's hell on earth, so be good and work hard to avoid this kind of wreckage.
First room was extremely noisy - and the room vibrated - as a result of fans downstairs. Second room, strong smell of smoke. In the downgraded (King to Double) third room, saw two bugs about the size of a thumbnail. When I switched out of the second room, the receptionist gave me an attitude. WiFi is not slow. It simply doesn't work. Dilapidated rooms. Thought it was a steal cause it was dirt-cheap and looked reasonable in the pictures. Don't be fooled.

Just about everything. Top to bottom, this place is filthy. Stained carpets, and furniture, dusty/musty draperies, dirty walls/wallpaper, banging pipes, noisy electrical, lumpy pillows and bed that creaked with every movement. If this is a 3 star hotel then NY has very low standards. I paid more for 3 stars but have stayed in 2 star hotels that have been MUCH better. If we hadn't been so tired after an international flight, I would have left this place in a second.

Very close to the airport. Free Airport Shuttle! If you are in Manhattan and need to go back to the hotel, a taxi charges 40 dollars including toll + additional tip. A van from Manhattan cost around 36 dollars for 2 people. Taxi is faster and very comfortable. When you get to La Guardia on ground transportation section, you can pick a few flyers for taxi, van and bus services.

This room was in need of a renovation..air conditioning did not work well, chair was ripped.

You have to pay for parking.
The gift shop was open past 10pm which helped as I needed a razor. The shuttle to the airport left on schedule.
The shower and fleas or knats in it. The phone in the room did not work so I could not call for a wake up call. The television was small with poor picture quality.
