Truly outstanding flower arrangements. Quite lovely staff. Well done room. Absence of venetian blinds, forcing us to pull curtains for privacy, thus blackening out any light whatsoever. Second floor would have avoided this.

The beautiful garden setting, the friendly and helpful staff. The location. Very comfortable. Breakfast could be improved with a few more items such as scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage.

Loved the breakfast. Everyone was so friendly throughout the complex. Hot tub. Beautiful grounds. Immaculate! Very convenient to shopping and restaurants.

I like their berfast the land scaping the roses their queen bedrooms.. The room I stayed the bathroom was so small when you open the door , hardly any clearance between the toilet and the door if some one is seting on the toilitand is sik no one can help him,there is certin building code requirement. Beside that I had problem with front disk staff they seem to like to argue with customers and to ignor thed reservations prices ,try to bost the prices , I spend hour to settle my reservation they are laking comunecations.

The staff was welcoming and accommodating. We loved them! The room was clean and meet all our needs. The grounds were beautiful!! Shade trees,flowers, and benches just outside our room. We enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub, and sauna. Also included breakfast. This was a perfect fit for us. Great value, will stay there again! Could have used an extra roll of toilet paper. Almost ran out. Could not find program guide for TV?

The price, clean rooms, professional staff, close to airport (John Wayne), close to shopping, and not to out of the way of the amusements parks and such. The layout of the hotel with the garden setting and flowers in bloom all around. Thank You I enjoyed my stay nothing comes to mind. Thank You

I like the most about the hotel is the design, buildings cute surrounded with a lot of trees and flowers. The neighborhood is really nice too, convenient, clean and safe. Breakfast is quite simple. If I stayed longer I wouldnt know what to have for breakfast of my 3rd day.

Initial impressions on arrival were good and we were very satisfied with the appearance of the room. Only later were our opinions changed - refer next comment about what we didn't like The carpet was disgustingly filthy. After having my shower as always I walked around the room barefoot. However when climbing into bed I was horrified to find my feet black with dirt and had to go wash my feet before I could get into bed. I then laid towels on the carpet to make a trail on which I could walk to keep clean. What a let down. For us one of our criteria in selecting accommodation is cleanliness and from the state of the carpet this does not match up.

The lodge was absolutley perfect! It was so cute and clean. All of the flowers were in bloom so the garden was straight out of a postcard. Inside, everything was incuded in the room (from a mini fridge to a blow dryer) and the room was so cozy. Ontop of all of this greatness, the complimentary breakfast and homemade cookies were beyond delicious. Definitely the place for the perfect romantic getaway. We can't wait to go back!! Everything was great...no complaints at all!

The hotel was very close to Laguna Woods Village, where my parents live. There were many fast-food restaurants close by. The Laguna Village Mall was right across the street. Very convenient, right off the 5 freeway. Free cookies upon check-in, free continental breakfast. The hotel is right across from a fire station, so it was quite noisy.

Proximity to the beach and to Leisure World. Excellent breakfast with very friendly staff. The newly installed lighting system. Lights went out in the middle of a shower, etc.

Thus far I have stayed at the Laguna Hills Lodge 6 times in 4 years for a total of 30 days. The "Lodge" is an excellent place to stay and kickback whether for a day or a week. I have always found the staff to be friendly, courteous and helpful. The rooms have are clean well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The garden is a really nice touch, and the pool and hot tub area is clean and inviting as well as a peaceful respite to a busy day. Everything is close at hand; restaurants, shopping, movie theaters, live theater, art galleries, and the awesome Laguna Beach. The only complaint I would have, and I really had to stretch a bit to come up with this; I would have liked if they had adjustable shower heads. The ones they have are adequate, but adjustable one would be a nice upgrade.

Location is good, close to I-5. The room is big and clean. Breakfast was very poor. The only hot item served was coffee. I saw a warning sign posted at the entry door to the hotel building a (at the left side of the reception office, entry to the stairway) that said " his hotel contains material and substances that is known to state of California as cancer causing or risk of causing cancer". I was alarmed be this sign. This waning sign was not posted on booking.com and therefore I did not know this risk when I made my reservation on booking.com . If I knew the existence of the cancer risk at this hotel I would have not made reservation for this hotel. Beware, you know now if you have read this review.

Choose Laguna Lills Lodge because the location, comfortable and cleanly. Shopping and go to beach is easy. Free parking, WiFi and breakfast. The price is OK. The breakfast is OK, but they can update that, we need some better food.
