If dinner shows are on your holiday menu then equally close by are such fabulous shows as King Henry's Feast and Mardi Gras, all of which offer a great evenings entertainment for the whole family.
The Florida Mall is a must for all shoppers with numerous high quality shops, usually with prices far below those in England. Kissimmee itself has many factory outlets and The Osceola Square Mall with a variety of shops and a 12 screen cinema. Lake Buena Vista Village, also 5 minutes drive from your villa, is host to a variety of fine shops, live evening entertainment, restaurants and cinema.
7 Days prior to check- in a USD 250.00 credit card security deposit per villa, for property damage is required and refundable if no damages are reported.
All special requests should be requested at time of booking.

Our stay in one of the Laguna villas was one of the best value for money stays in the last 15 years! Great to have your own swimmingpool, the kids loved it. The house was very clean and comfortable.Very convenient located near Wall Mart. The only 2 bad things we remember is that from the stove 2 burners were not working. Also both fridge and refrigerator had a very hard job to keep the food cool and frozen. |

The Villa was very nice and clean, even the private pool was cleaned once every week. The perfect place to stay, close to all the themeparks, Disney, Universal etc. But Florida in August is hot.... Wireless network should be an option, because you plan most of your vacation through the internet nowadays. |

We did not like it at all, we would never book again. The villa was very hot the first day we got there, it had buys in the kitchen, the stove did not work, we call and they never came to fix it, my husband notice that what it needed was a good clean it, we clean it throughly, and were able to use it the last 2 days. The tub was clogged. |

Excellent value. Well equipped kitchen, excellent number of linens. Older washingg machine and dryer, but appliances were in excellent working condition. Remember, you are not at a hotel--bring your own soap, paper towels, toilet paper, washing powder, dryer sheets, dishwasher detergent, etc.....EXCELLENT Value for what we paid, would stay here again...thanks brian!!! There is no tub in the master bedroom, only a very large shower. |

Was close to all amenities. The villa was filthy including ants in the beds, primarily becos there was still food under the beds!. All the crockery/cutlery had to be washed cos there was food on them, even the placemats had food on them. Bedding had blood on them had to change and was all beds!! We arrived at 1.50am!!! Had threatening placards on all walls stating rules! |

The villa(house) was a great place to stay for our Disney trip, with 3 kids there were plenty of rooms(3) and beds! Also, Walmart was very close, which was great when you need to shop for food at 10:30 p.m.! It was less than a 10 minute drive to all of the parks. |

I loved that our villa was close to everything; main attractions, places to eat there was even a walmart right around the corner. I was surprised it was a private home, but that is what a villa is. But it was great, although the pool was freezing and i had noone to turn on the heater. |

The location was very good, close to everything we needed. The listing did not make clear that this was a free standing house with no support services (e.g., soap in showers, etc.). |

Good location, Disney and Outlets was nearby 10-15 minutes. Big house with pool. Quitet place and lots to do. Standard rooms with old furnitures. Beds was not good, housekeeping can be better. |

This was a house not a hotel, which set us back. The beds were all twins except one double. All the beds were lousy, the fact there there was only one double bed really upset my wife. Then there was the insect problem, when I say insect problems I mean we had several different insects, mostly alot of ants. |

the location as well as the caretakers were both formidable....i would definately stay here again if the opportunity presented itself....accomodated 8 people with ease....location 6 minutes from disney...shopping nearby...walmart...target etc.......tons to do my washer broke down the 2nd to last day...and was not attended to... |

Die Organisation war eine Katastrophe. Ich musste 4 Mal in England aus den USA per Handy anrufen, da die mir genannte Adresse falsch war. Ebenso wie die anderen beiden Adressen. Der Poll war voller toter Frösche!!! Das Haus hat seine besten Tage hintersich..... |

Las casas son espaciosas y con las comodidades necesarias para la estancia de la familia. La casa estaba limpia y cubrió todas nuestras necesidades. Adicionalmente está muy bien ubicado si la idea es ir a las atracciones y a las compras.... Me hubiera gustado que los colchones estuvieran más nuevos. |

Es muy accesible a los parques tematicos de orlando, ademas de tener a Walmart (supermercado grande) a pocos metros de la villa. No posee servicio de limpieza y suficientes utensilios de cocina para ala cantidad de persona que puede ocupar la villa, pero con respecto a la calidad precio de la villas es suficiente. |

Tudo ótimo. A casa é muito boa, enorme e completissima.Existe de tudo, e o atendimeto do Sr. Malawe é ótimo. A localização é ótima, fica proximo de um centro de compras para ir a pé, com supermercados, lan house e etc. E tambem a duas quadras de uma grande via de acesso p/ Disney e Orlando. Nota 10 !!! |
