Kids loved the pirate ship and pool, whirlpool in room. Generally clean. shower seemed unstable, like it was not on solid ground, mildew also visible, yuck. Awesome flat screen T.V. but the sofa was a piece of junk. No DVD. |

The accomodation lived up to the description and was very clean and comfortable. For our particular family unit it was also very good value and well located. The room decor could do with a little updating and the hallways in particular were dark and shabby, |

I loved the pirate ship slid and my room had 2 master bedrooms with jaquzzi each. I was under the impression the the regular rooms had 2 full size beds and they had twin which was too small & made our stay a little discomfort. |

Very spacious and well equiped apartmenmts. Good location, close to Disney, Sea World, shops and restaurants. Staff very good and helpful but not enough of them on the front desk. |

The staff at the front desk and the concierge were quite helpfull the swiming pool and hot tubs as well as the facilities and reastaurant at the pool were all very good and clean. no access to parking at the rear of the building I stayed in and the large tub took way to long to fill up over half an hour |

The rooms were very nice and well maintained. We stayed in one building where the 3 of the 4 elevators were not working. It took as long as 40 minutes to wait for an elevator on the night that we were there. Also, the pool did not seem very clean. |

It was really a nice experience all to gether, we enjoyed it. Only one front desk male employ who I do not want to mention his name , not to harm him, who was short tempered and not helpful, compared to all other. I liked how family oriented it was. The pool activities are excellent and close to shopping. We had problems with hotel services. I called for 3 days about a malfunction DVD player. This was inconvenient with small children. Also thought one should be provided in the room. Also has to ask for 2 replacement coffee machines (did not work) and requested towel service and it was not done. |

Amazing accomodation and the pool was the best the kids had ever seen. We had hoped that there would be a room made available to us for getting showered and ready for our flight after checking out, but spending the day by the pool. We had to shower poolside and get dressed in the rest room. |

The amount of space in our room was incredible. It was perfect for a family of four. The pool was awesome! They have to get the proper address of the hotel on all their coorespondence..this is a problem if you have a GPS or use google maps. |

excellent accomodation we had a 3 bedroom for 6 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room. close to all the orlando attractions and plenty of on site facilities if needed we had a 1 and 3yr old and were on the 15th floor with a balcony which on reflection we would of requested a low floor as we were unhappy about having the balcony door open. |
