Ulkoisestisiisti ja viihtyisän näköinen hotelli. Sijaiti hyvä shoppailua ajatellen.Autopaikan sai läheltä ulko-ovea.Tilavat huoneet ja keiitö hyvin varusteltu.Kuljetukset huvipuistoihin sujui hyvin. Hone muuten hyvä mutta erittäin likainen sohva. Majoittujia oli 7 henkilöä ja sohva piti itse sijata komerosta löytyneillä ryppyisillä lakanoilla. Lasten makuukuoneen sängyt lyhyehköt sekä keskeltä kovat. Tuli sellainen olo kuin nukkuisi Hot Dogin päällä.Master bedroomin lattialaatat irti. Poreammeesta valui huoneen lattialle runsaasti vettä. Todennäköisesti tehty kiireellä valmiiksi.Parveke epäsiisti, roskia ja lasinsirua lattialla.Paistinpannuun jäi kaikki kiinni. Kun varasimme kuljetuksen huvipuistoon, olisi henkilökunta voinut kertoa että bussiin pitää olla erillinen kuponki joka piti noutaa respasta.Nyt joutui bussilastillinen ihmisiä odottamaan että haemme kopongin. |

tämä hotelli ylitti kaikki odotuksemme.kaikki lapsiperheen kaipaamat palvelut lähellä.todella ylellinen ja uusi huoneisto.upea uima-allas merirosvolaivoineen. house keeping on täällä palvelu joka tulee tilata ja maksaa erikseen. oli kyllä tiedossa ja ihan ok. |

It was a wonderful hotel. You get the value that you pay for and more. Shopping is very attainable as the hotel is situated on the side of a outdoor outlet and just minutes away from other shops,restaurants, theme parks and downtown orlando. It is very family oriented. |

Comfort (real confortable 3 bedrooms apartment), close to shopping stores Service is not efficient. We have asked to replace the blender that was damaged, it took 2 days. We asked to replace the towels, took 2 days. |

Kids loved the pirate ship and pool, whirlpool in room. Generally clean. shower seemed unstable, like it was not on solid ground, mildew also visible, yuck. Awesome flat screen T.V. but the sofa was a piece of junk. No DVD. |

I loved the pirate ship slid and my room had 2 master bedrooms with jaquzzi each. I was under the impression the the regular rooms had 2 full size beds and they had twin which was too small & made our stay a little discomfort. |

The staff at the front desk and the concierge were quite helpfull the swiming pool and hot tubs as well as the facilities and reastaurant at the pool were all very good and clean. no access to parking at the rear of the building I stayed in and the large tub took way to long to fill up over half an hour |

The rooms were very nice and well maintained. We stayed in one building where the 3 of the 4 elevators were not working. It took as long as 40 minutes to wait for an elevator on the night that we were there. Also, the pool did not seem very clean. |
