It was fun to see all the families having a great time, but as a couple who didn't bring kids, if we wanted to use the pool, there was just no way. It was so full of kids and rowdy. But if our kids were with us, then it would have been a way for them to hang and meet other kids. The grounds and the accomodations were very nice. In a perfect world it would be nice to have an adult pool as well or a hot tub in another area that was adults only?

Very ada compliant. I am wheelchair bound but was able to use the pool and get around seamlessly. The shower head in our room was fixed and not the type with an adjustable head.

Half of the vending machines items were sold out, decided against dinner @ frontier restaurant due to info about kitchen running behind-7:30 Sunday nite & drove out of resort for food, slid on ice patch in front of resort lobby

We liked the holiday lights and decor. We liked the rustic look in the rooms. It was comfortable. We also appreciated the enclosed walkway from our building to the restaurant.

Location is beautiful, winter or summer. I stayed New Year's Eve and there were just too many kids running around unsupervised. Couldn't enjoy the pool or hot tub because of the noise and the boisterous kids. Couldn't find a quiet spot outside the room. It's great you're so kid friendly. I'm sure the families staying there loved it, but it's not place for a mature couple during that holiday time.

Everything you need or want is right there. The rooms are amazing and the balcony has a great view of the lake. I wish we had had a fireplace in our room.

Our suite, a king loft, was beautiful; spacious, well-equipped and luxuriously decorated, with balconies looking out over the lake. The resort is very pleasant, with good food in a number of restaurants and cafes. Everything looked well-cared for and maintained. No dislikes at all.

We love the resort, we make it an annual vacation to do to stay with you. The room was musty and had a really bad odor when we arrived... It is probably from people coming in with wet chlorine water and that drying up in to the carpeting over time. We understand that the resort is busy at this time of year, we just wish the smell wasn't as bothersome as it was. Also, I was charged $280 for the room instead of the $225/227 that my receipt reflected. Can someone get to me about that?

The food was great, the room fantastic and the staff very accomodating. We really enjoyed everything. Lake Delevan is a great alternative to crowded Lake Geneva

I liked how the resort is all connected. Our older kids could be in the pool and we were able to enjoy a drink in the bar while they swimming. We didn't really need to leave resort for anything which was good. It was below zero when we were there!

We were told the rooms were recently remodeled and we think that is true. The room was very well done. Nice lodge feel to it. The balcony was a nice treat which included a nice view of the golf course and rocking chairs. The bathroom was nicely updated. We also had the happy hour at the bar overlooking the lake. It was a great value and a nice treat. The casual breakfast/sports restaurant was ok. Average. Nice view there though.
