Bathroom needs update. Poor lighting in room
Air conditioner was noisy. The food in the dining room was fair.
The view from the pool and dinner cruise .
Staff in the restaurants. Some of them were quite grumpy when we arrived at 3 p.m. after a very long drive. She even told me that no, she couldn't have such a big group coming at that time (9 adults and 1 young child). When I told her that we just had a very long drive and everyone was starving now, she went to check with someone, came back and told me exactly that "sit wherever you want".
We were on a house boat for three nights and I was looking forward to a hot shower for our one night at the hotel. Unfortunately, there was no hot water because something happened with the hotel.
The location near to the lake. People were nice. The rooms are a bit rustic (the bathrooms too) but beds are comfortable. The boat trips leave from this hotel which is very convenient.
Restaurant too expensive. Far from the city and located within a national Park, meaning that you need to pay to enter
Beautifull location, clean rooms, nice pool.
Food in pizza restaurant is horrible (fast food), lounge food was not very good. Staying here is expensive, BUT the best place to stay if you're in Page for a few days. (There's nothing to see or do in Page 'downtown')
great location - nice view on lake Powell and quiet
run down, worn out, interior and exterior style of seventies, overpriced, urgently needs renovation, staff impersonal, expensive restaurant with staff not very attentive, very small overcrowded pools
Good location just in front of the lake.
Personal not very helpful, no wireless only in the reception and even there did not worked.
I liked having the convenience of taking the Lake Powell boat tour right there. The restaurants were very good and the family enjoyed the pools. We also liked the benches set outside so you could just sit and enjoy the view!
My stay was too short!
Great location, room size and restaurant
The price is way too high
marvelous marine view and location.
Pool is too cold. There was scorpio around the premise by the firepit at night. Need to bring that awareness to visitors. Thank you.
The room we had gave us an excellent view of the lake however the ice machine was broken and we had to locate one in the next building.
After traveling for over three weeks our last stop was Lake Powell Resort. From the beginning we were disappointed by what we encountered. This was one of the more expensive places that we were staying at and the least pleasurable. When we entered Page it was difficult to find your resort because of its location in the National Park Area. Once there the main lobby was overcrowded with families and children milling around. When checking in the young man who was an intern receptionist was somewhat informative. We would have appreciated more information about tours and the facilities. That evening at around 8 PM we tried to get something to eat in the bistro across from the main desk. We were ignored when we entered the room and meet rude and unprofessional wait staff. We were not impressed with the company that runs your food service. Tables were not cleared and the wait staff were relying on customers to stack dishes on their tables for removal. The pool facility was not impressive. As a mature couple we did not feel the pool location was appropriate. People stood in the main lobby and stared out at the facility that was over run with children unattended by parents especially in the evening. You call yourself a resort however we found your lack of attentiveness to your customers disappointing. We also feel that you need to accommodate those visitors that do not have boats and give them alternatives to view and appreciate the lake.
Great expresso machine in room. View over lake powell.
This does not qualify as a resort to me but rather a glorified lakeside motel as far as the outdoor amenities go. However rooms are ok. Restaurant disapointing.
the staff were very good, accommodation was excellent
I had to complain twice - once because the people in the room below us had the TV/radio on very load until 2/3am and secondly because on the morning of our departure, (departure time 11am) housekeeping knocked on the door at 8:30am wanting to clean the room
I had to pay entrance fee to the park to get to the resort, swimming pools are too small for such large resort, price is high
The space of the property, the views, and the beds. I liked the private balcony.
The price changes, the quickness of the staff to rush you away, and the lack of professionalism.
Location, views, staff, 90-minute tour was reasonably priced at $45 each; sandwich in bar was excellent
price of individual ski boats and jet skis was overpriced; demand for boat to be returned by 5 pm was too early for summer daylight that lasts until 8:30 pm.; beef brisket snack at bar was horrible.
The value is much less than the cost with all the extra tax and resort fee
The hotel has the best years in a row. Room facilities but also other areas are outdated and worn.
Dirty, old fashioned hotel. Old television that you can hardly see. Very small room and very expensive. Do NOT recommend to anyone
Beautiful setting, warm clear water, no mosquitos, great family vacation, plenty to do, spacious houseboat - lots of amenities - fully functional!
Smelly bathrooms - even after using the proper chemicals and avoiding using the showers as we were swimming all day long. MICE - we found mouse droppings mixed with mouse poisoning (blue crystals) in the corners of the cabinets upon arrival. We heard mice trapped in the wall between the bathroom and closet, scratching throughout the night. Kept doors closed - the back sliding door wouldn't stay closed, unless you locked it. Mice came aboard - probably on the ropes - droppings everywhere. Very disappointing!
Situation at the lake
Our room was old and small. The WiFi for the whole hotel was only in the lobby and it was impossible to log in. The staff did not really care, and the business PCs also were not able to get into the internet. Too few for the price.
Beautiful location, could not ask for better veiws. Loved page AZ and the many things to do there.
The room was out dated, several lights didn't work and even for a pet room the floor was badly stained. For 200+ a night not a nice room. Not sure if we we're in the non renovated section or what. Also we still had to pay the park entry fee.
Top location in the NP Nice views Close to marina
Very noisy A/C No wifi in the rooms, only in the lobby Large groups brought in with busses Lobby is to small for groups waiting for the boat tours Swimming pools very crowed and not very clean
The location was great, restaurant good.
The rooms seriously need remodeling-old and dingy.
