Close to Lake Powell
It was a wonderful experience to be out on the water for tours of the canyons and dam...though improved alternatives to get older guests and young families up and down the hill to the launching area should be considered. The food, and staff at the marina lounge (Latitude 37),were exceptional, and thoroughly enjoyable! We also found the gift shop inventory and staff were great!
According to the front desk staff, we were given incorrect check-in times from Booking.com. Also, the buffet was just so-so considering cost.
The view from our room was amazing.
They attach an "energy" fee to everything. Its their version of a resort fee. It's higher than the sales tax. Be careful at the gift store!
The room smels, old fashion, huggly marina restaurant (not a restaurant but a fast food) only burghers. We have to stay 3 nights, mwe leave after the first Expensive, respat the quality
Very accommodating to our food needs - Gluten and Dairy free. Super nice for dogs - lower levels have area for dogs to do their business. Air Conditioners work great! Housekeeping is excellent and very helpful. We have been staying at this resort every year for over 10 years and they continually improve. Excellent location to stay if you are boating, want tours or have your own toys and want to keep near your room in the parking lot.
Only one barrista in Starbucks. Unable to book rooms a year in advance. Unable to book a specific room. Need a golf cart or mode of transportation at the launch ramps when the water is very low if you are dictating where people have to park trailers and trucks. A weight room and yoga classes would be awesome additions!
the view was spectacular! The service quite exceptional. The rooms very comfortable. The food very tasty.
The bathroom vent fan from the room next door vibrated directly into our room. They really must fix that.
The views of lake powell.
Cost of accommodation, expensive food, wedding outside our room till 10 at night with loud music.
Location and View were excellent Great for tours on Lake Powell
A little expensive but one doesn't get the view an location for nothing
hotel cost needs upgrade
The food in the restaurant was good, I enjoyed having breakfast as the view of the lake was fantastic from there. They were 2 nice swimming pools. Just a short away was the town of Page where there were plenty of restaurants. Antelope canyon, horse shoe bend were also just a short drive away
The view from our room was of the carpark so would recommend having the lake view although it costs extra. The cocktails served in the main bar tasted awful and were expensive. This was quite an expensive place to stay although this may have been as it was the bank holiday
Very clean facilities and rooms. Great view!
no internet in the rooms
The location right by the lake is convenient for everything. Boat tours, beaches, sunrise, sunset, leisure strolls and marina are all on site. The ground is well kept and very clean. The restaurants on premise have excellent dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The cafe serves excellent choices of snacks and breakfast items. The gift shop is well stocked with good quality souvenirs. We had a wonderful 3 night stay.
Bathroom needs update. Poor lighting in room
Air conditioner was noisy. The food in the dining room was fair.
The view from the pool and dinner cruise .
Staff in the restaurants. Some of them were quite grumpy when we arrived at 3 p.m. after a very long drive. She even told me that no, she couldn't have such a big group coming at that time (9 adults and 1 young child). When I told her that we just had a very long drive and everyone was starving now, she went to check with someone, came back and told me exactly that "sit wherever you want".
We were on a house boat for three nights and I was looking forward to a hot shower for our one night at the hotel. Unfortunately, there was no hot water because something happened with the hotel.
The location near to the lake. People were nice. The rooms are a bit rustic (the bathrooms too) but beds are comfortable. The boat trips leave from this hotel which is very convenient.
Restaurant too expensive. Far from the city and located within a national Park, meaning that you need to pay to enter
It was a nice room with a view of the lake. The restaurant at the resort was very good and of course the location to the marina and other services was excellent. You can get cheaper rooms in town but this spot is wonderful.
The air conditioner was noisy and our room key wouldn't work on the pool gate. The hot tub should have been limited to adults as it was full of kids and there was no room left even though it is very large.
Beautifull location, clean rooms, nice pool.
Food in pizza restaurant is horrible (fast food), lounge food was not very good. Staying here is expensive, BUT the best place to stay if you're in Page for a few days. (There's nothing to see or do in Page 'downtown')
great location - nice view on lake Powell and quiet
run down, worn out, interior and exterior style of seventies, overpriced, urgently needs renovation, staff impersonal, expensive restaurant with staff not very attentive, very small overcrowded pools
Good location just in front of the lake.
Personal not very helpful, no wireless only in the reception and even there did not worked.
I liked having the convenience of taking the Lake Powell boat tour right there. The restaurants were very good and the family enjoyed the pools. We also liked the benches set outside so you could just sit and enjoy the view!
My stay was too short!
The location is absolutely gorgeous and if you want to be at the lake you have to stay here
The hotel and facilities are long overdue for an update. The furniture, buildings and facilities have seen their day and the owners need to reinvest some of their money in revitalizing the property
Great location, room size and restaurant
The price is way too high
marvelous marine view and location.
Pool is too cold. There was scorpio around the premise by the firepit at night. Need to bring that awareness to visitors. Thank you.
