the staff were extremely friendly and help[ful.

Location was good. Nice area to walk in and close to golf, shopping and dining. Staff were excellent and did the best they could under the circumstances.

Unfortunately it was spring break while we were there:( The students staying at the motel were loud, rude and very inconsiderate of anybody else. The language was awful! They monopolized the pool all day, evening and into the night. We had very little opportunity to use it at all. Heavy drinking, footballs flying all over the pool and pool furniture thrown into the pool. The water was filthy by the time they were done. I am glad we did not have children with us.The staff did what they could, one night 4 police cars came and took away a few kids but the party resumed soon after. I understand the students are good for the economy but I really think there needs to be more rules in place.

The people.

The hotel is old and poorly maintained. Toilet wobbly. Bathroom sink faucet very loose. Smelled stale. Handicapped room a joke. The shower a death trap. White tile, no hand rails at all. I wouldn't even take a shower in that. Would never recommend it. Parking lot small an difficult to maneuver a Tundra in.

No coffee in room.

We have been staying at the BridgeWater Motel for the past 3 years. We work at the Rockabilly Car Show, which is a short walk across the street. The staff is the friendliest I've encountered anywhere. They make you feel like more than just a "customer." The rooms are very clean. No question that we will be returning next year!

The only problem we have is that we pull a trailer for work. Parking can be difficult. It would be nice if the two pull-through spots at the end of the parking lot were reserved for those with boats or trailers.

We could hear the people & their tv in the next room until late into the night. They weren't loud - just thin walls.

I really liked how it was walking distance to the London Bridge and the view of the lake was beautiful during sunrise and sunset. I liked how it has a fridge and microwave in each room.

The room is a little smaller than normal I would recommend getting the suite if you have little children for the extra room.

Close to all the fun and the staff is great.

The rooms are dated.

Being charged for ice. First time EVER, even in very low budget establishments. No in room coffee service

Great location close to London Bridge. Lake is walking distance away.

Room was small. AC makes loud noise at night and too hot to turn off. Friday night crowd was loud well into the AM.

The only big drawback I had was the toilet, there was no pressure when flushing. Had to go to a public restroom : (

This was the second time we stayed there and this time we needed a room before check in because my husband was not feeling well and they cleaned a room right away for us!!!

It was very friendly and quite. Room were very clean and we were close to everything we needed.

Only the location near the london bridge.

The beds and furniture were very old and falling apart. The room with two double beds were very tight with not much room to get around in and the bathroom was tiny. The motel needs a full remodel or rebuild as the location is excellent.

If fairness...it was Spring Break....however This is a fine $50 room unfortunately I paid $80. The management did a fairly good job containing the parties but walls are thin. Amusingly when I checked in late at night..the young lady advised me that I got one of the 'lake view rooms' ....dang should have packed my binoculars:-) ...not certain...but pretty sure that,'vacant pool was not heated.
