Everything, this is still a family run hotel and the atmosphere says it all. We had a very good meal in the restaurant, friendly service

I loved the Staff. They were very friendly and the continental breakfast was good. The room was very clean.

I did not like the fact that the windows were shut tight and could not open them at all. They were sealed shut. The smell of the room was a bit overwhelming. It smelled old and musty. It was very hot and really made a mistake by not staying somewhere that had a pool. I will not return there.

We really enjoyed the old salt tavern and the friendly staff.

The only minor complaint was the pruning off plants close to where we were trying to enjoy our breakfast. We felt that it could have been done when the eating facility was closed.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and we went to happy hour at the restaurant and it was very enjoyable.

When we booked this room, we thought we were in walking distance to the beach area. We had tickets to a concert and thought we were going to be able to walk but had to take a taxi instead. Not a big deal, we were just hoping to be closer to the beach.

Hôtel à l'ancienne plutôt typique;

Confort à l'ancienne légèrement dépassé. Ne pas hésiter à téléphoner pour bien préciser les conditions de réservation (notamment en ce qui concerne les lits d'appoint) car le personnel ne semble pas prendre en compte les incluses dans la réservation booking.

Ambiance champêtre, chaleureux. Personnel agréable et très gentil. Toujours empressé de nous servir pour rendre nos séjours confortable. Il n'y a pas de coffret de sécurité dans chambre, mais l'endroit est en sécurité - we can trust them. Le breakfast inclus est bon : bon café, bon jus d'orange, fruits, cakes, oeufs cuits, etc. De 4 km de la plage, de ce prix, nous sommes très contents. Le resto "Old salt" à côté est très bon aussi.

Très bien situé, près de la plage (environ 10 minutes) et près de tous les golfs. Le restaurant est pratique et le homard succulent.

Propreté, tranquillité et bon rapport qualité prix. Bien situé.

Buffet le matin.il était excellent mais nous trouvons que ce n'est pas toujours hygiénique en raison des gens malpropres. L'hotel founissait les ustensiles nécessaires et certaines personnes ne les utilisent pas. Ils prennent leurs mains......ouach! Manque de savoir vivre à quelque part. Je crois que l'hôtel devrait revoir ce coté

Halloween decorations were great. The woman who checked us out was lovely. She gave us the interesting info about the history of hotel and hotel restaurant.

Room was slighty musty. Old style tub and shower was OK for me but small for a large person.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Inn is quaint and restaurant good.

The room was tiny and bed / mattress sorely in need of replacing.

The staff at Lamie's was excellent. Having the hotel located next to The Old Salt seafood restaurant and tavern was a plus! The location is in a nice part of Hampton. Ten minutes to the beach. An hour to New Hampshire Motor Speedway and to Boston.

Lamie's is an older hotel with only 32 rooms. The a/c struggled to keep up on days with 90+ temperature and the bathroom was on the small side. The staff and the location make up for these short comings.

The location is excellent. The Old Salt is great. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The room was a bit stuffy (No possibility of opening windows or getting fresh air).

We paid 120$ for the night which was a good price compared to other hotels in the area for the summer period The proximity of the beach and at the same time the fact that it is not directly near the boardwalk (more quiet) is a good thing.

The room decoration could be refreshed a little bit
