Clean comfortable room. Very good breakfast. Pet friendly, no upcharge. Highly recommend.
Great staff, breakfast was good and location was perfect
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
We have stayed here before, but this time the bathroom had chipped tile and beat up woodwork. The bathroom was so small that only one person at a time could fit in it. Toilet was too high for a short person and we would have liked more blankets or a thicker one. Also, would have loved an indoor pool.
Horrible breakfast and one of the reasons we stayed there. Told there would be bacon. None. Eggs in a box. Not even some gluten free oatmeal, an easy and nutritious meal. No caffeinated tea, I can't drink coffee. Restaurant was good, tho. Will look for somewhere else.
Extremely clean motel room, looks new Clean Air in room Comfortable sleep Has a small refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave oven Has a desk table, and a round table with 2 chairs Good complimentary breakfast
Motel room is small and compact Restroom is small and tight Restroom door nearly hits the toilet Toilet flushing pressure is a little weak No fan to suck out the shower steam Hallway air is a little stale
wake up call is good. Help me book taxi. Easy check-out notice to save time. The hotel is 5 minutes drive to the UTA Provo Station. Good experience.
Everything is fine.
Lobby was beautiful
Close to restaurants and shopping
The mattress was awful they had huge sink holes furniture was old gym was tiny there was no spa just a pool the breakfast had poor choices no bananas or yogurt etc
Clean accommodations with intelligent service staff.
No elevator (stairs) with long walk to room.
I waited for table in restaurant for 30 minutes then told 6 people ahead of me in two night never did get a table.
Provo is known nation wise for it's long term mental health treatment facilities for troubled teens (as I have). The hotel is within just a couple miles to many of them if I our visiting a loved one. Right off the freeway, lose to several restaurants and if going off -site there is Provo canyon for Rafting, tubing, kyacking and hiking, Sundance and several water walls within a easy 10 mile drive! Hotel was clean, a/c a little noisy but typical for a in room machine... Staff friendly and professional , however young and clueless to direct you around town if your looking for a place or suggestion.
Note if your not from the state of Utah - there is very little booze there! There aren't wine bars /lounges to stop and get wine or cocktails and you have to order a meal. P
Room was clean and laid out nicely. Very comfortable. Staff was polite, responsive and friendly. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.
No elevator, which wasn't huge for me because I'm still young and strong, but people who are disabled/elderly/have back issues would have to stay on the ground floor or look elsewhere. My biggest issue was that the mini-fridge in my room made lots of noise at night, enough that it woke me several times when I needed sleep for important business meetings. I informed the front desk about the issue at the end of my stay and they refunded me $11 on the roughly $400 bill, not so great. Still, I would consider La Quinta Inn for a future stay since I chalked up the fridge problem to a fluke.
Bed was good. Relatively quiet. Easy to drive to from the freeway. Large area for pets.
NO elevators! Getting to the 2nd floor with luggage was difficult to say the least. The stairways were very narrow; only 1 person at a time can fit, especially with luggage. Large items? Forget it! Outside entry doors were narrow (I'm not fat); the luggage cart barely fits. Don't bother unless you stay on the 1st floor since you can't get the cart to the 2nd floor anyway. Outside doors are not automatic, so if you're in a wheel chair; forget it. You'll have to struggle to get in/out. If there was a fire, it would be chaos! There is not enough room for people to escape unless everyone is extremely patient. The bathroom plumbing was plugged so the shower almost overflowed since it drained v e r y s l o w l y. The room smelled like dog pee. The breakfast was typical carbs and hard boiled eggs - don't get your hopes up for something edible. Coffee only served in styro cups and looked like tea. Sorry to say - I've stayed in La Quinta's from coast to coast; this one ranks at the bottom of the pile.
Nice. Room. Very clean
Great service, no hassles, it was clean, and it had a steak house in the hotel.
The place seemed a little substandard when it came to the actual facility... needs to be remodeled or something. Carpet seemed old, walls were a little run down and needed paint.. stuff like that.
The breakfast was great--my kids loved making waffles and everything was yummy and hot. We ended up doing a load of laundry, and that worked just fine.
Our room never cooled down, so it was uncomfortably hot and we ended up canceling our second night's stay and going somewhere else. There weren't as many TV channels as other hotels, but the selection wasn't too bad.
Being able to check in early and check out late. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave.
The first employees we spoke with were not very friendly. I thought it was a little expensive for just one night.
There seemed to be a large volume of people staying at the motel (ebb and flow) in nature. But it was well managed. The simple; but very nicely prepared breakfast was well presented by a VERY NICE (Very, very nice) lady. I want to thank you, and we will be back for sure!
Everyone was courteous and the location was good.
There were holes in some walls, painted bath tubs and it looked generally rundown. There wasn't an elevator. Stairs were narrow aand steep. The Bannister a were sticky in places.
The breakfast not the best
Staff was curtious, professional, and polite.
Ceiling vent in bathroom was loose leaving 1/4 inch gap revealing nausiating film of dirt/dust. Last day had a slight smell of sewage. No elevator (only an issue because my 70 year old mother fell a few days before vacation and had to use the stairs.
Very clean and accessible from the highway
The hotel had no elevator, the pool is not heated, there is no fan in the bathroom, the bathroom was so small only one person cold fit in it, there was not a channel guide left in the room, the coffee was bitter, and the instructions I left when I booked the room were completely ignored.
Was running local marathon and had to leave before continental breakfast. Hotel made sack breakfasts for all the runners staying at hotel. Front desk staff very friendly!
