Friendly, helpful staff Walls are not soundproof, too noisy, had a special request and it was not honored, tv remote did not work, could not use the internet (poor access), nothing much was done about a kids hockey group that was noisy and disrespectful even after many complaints.

Breakfast included, location and staff. A/C was blasting and room too cold. While it was easy to turn off A/C. there was no way to regulate the fan so unit would keep room cool with a fan on low or moderate.

The King Spa Bath room was very nice. I checked in around midnight, and the person staffing the desk was not well informed and put me in the wrong room (a downgrade from what I paid for). The day staff corrected the error. Advice: Check in during the day.

Det var väldigt mysigt. Bubbelbadet i samma rum som sängen var toppen och både rummet och byggnaden var perfekt för mig och min kille Frukosten på morgonen var lite trist

Das angenehm große und solide eingerichtete Zimmer, der gute Tisch zum Arbeiten, die Möglichkeit, Frischluft zum Fenster herinzulassen, der kleine Fitnessraum; die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und der Gemeinschaftsräume, der guter Service Die Lage an der Durchgangsstraße; das immer gleiche und etwas einfallslose Frühstücksbüffet, die angeboten Waren ware jedoch von guter Qualität; die hellhörigen Wände, wenn die Nachbarn laut waren.
