Que está en una zona céntrica de la ciudad y con fácil acceso a los servicios públicos para poder desplazarte El precio, me ha parecido excesivo para el tipo de hotel que es y para las instalaciones,creo que está un poco obsoleto |

Ubicación excelente, a 3mn de Union Square. Personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar y a dar consejos a los turistas ! Habitación un poco pequeña para los estandares americanos. Cuarto de baño muy sencillo y amenities limitadas. Dos ordenadores para conexión a internet, siempre ocupados, tiempo de conexión por usuario no limitado, puedes estar esperando una hora para que te dejen coger el ordenador... |

Muy cerca del corazón de San Francisco. Excelente ubicación para shopping, trolley, restaurantes. El personal muy amable y atento. Los cuartos son muy pequeños. |

Well equiped room, centrally located (few steps from union square and cable car and turistic bus), nice staff, free internet computer a noisy night because of a fight by overdrug people on our floor (only the first night, staff couldn't stop it) |

not too big, good atmosphere, located in the center of the city, free internet, free newspapers at breakfast I think the breakfast could be more diverse: now mainly sweet (muffins, danish croissants, etc.). I usually went for buttered croissant and fruits, but I would have liked some cheese or ham... |

The friendly and professional way the staff functioned. The breakfast was simple, but the ingredients were of excellent quality, so you really had a good base to start the day. |

It's location close to Union Square Very poor Wi-Fi connexion (only 1 router per level), very small bathroom. The heater was on and quite noisy every night during my stay and could only be disabled by the receptionist which for some of them didn't know how to do it. |
