ホテルのスタッフがとても親切でした。レストランへの電話、現地ツアーの電話も快くしてくれました。ホテル- の室内も清潔で、シャンプーや石けん等はとても良いものでした。朝食のコーヒーも美味しいです。 壁がとても薄いので、隣が深夜まで喋っている日は眠れませんでした。あと、ベッドが狭いかな。 |

Well equiped room, centrally located (few steps from union square and cable car and turistic bus), nice staff, free internet computer a noisy night because of a fight by overdrug people on our floor (only the first night, staff couldn't stop it) |

The staff were very helpful as i mislaid my laptop at the airport, they got phone numbers etc and i got my laptop back next day,excellent hotel overall |

not too big, good atmosphere, located in the center of the city, free internet, free newspapers at breakfast I think the breakfast could be more diverse: now mainly sweet (muffins, danish croissants, etc.). I usually went for buttered croissant and fruits, but I would have liked some cheese or ham... |

It's location close to Union Square Very poor Wi-Fi connexion (only 1 router per level), very small bathroom. The heater was on and quite noisy every night during my stay and could only be disabled by the receptionist which for some of them didn't know how to do it. |

Hotel staff was very accommodating. The rooms and the hotel itself were nicely decorated. The location was within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, etc. This was a great value - especially for San Francisco and such a nice hotel. The room was small, which we anticipated, but it was adequate. I would have liked some healthy cereal options at breakfast. |

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to Union Square and Cable Car. The complimentary continental breakfast was a pleasant surprise and although other things could have been added, such as cereals,rolls and preserves, it was more than adequate for our needs. Free use of Internet to confirm our outboard flight. The hotel represented excellent value for money. We would definitely stay there again. Unfortunely we were not able to partake of the free wine tasting because we were out all day sightseeing. Our room was more than adequate although the bathroom was somewahat small even by european standards. The room was at the back (or the side) of the hotel which meant that we were overlooking a space between other buildings which was unkempt and overgrown, we were told that it would be quieter because it was away from the busy street noises. No problems though, it did not detract from our stay. |
