Room was filthy. Blood and hard dried stains on sheets and comforters. Bed looked like it was never made. Very dirty. AC did not work. Staff refused to give me another room
The room needs to look clean. The shower stall was filthy and so was the bathroom floor. They need to be changed.
Big room, clean. Friendly service.
Hard to find, no free wi-fi.
Friendly, helpful staff.
Hair on floor in bathroom. Bed was not too comfortable. The AC unit was very loud.
Smoke alarm signaled low battery at midnight. Had to change rooms. Key cards didn't work and other issues.
Prices. And staff. We got an even cheaper rate and a little kitchen
The old style TV
Lady at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming
Room smelt like smoke even though it was smoke free. If you have any type of standards this is not the place to stay. No coffee, no shampoo, tiny room that was old and dated. To save 10 bucks it's not worth it.
Clean clean room
to cold in room, and the phone didnt have a cord from base to hand set.
friendly service and rooms were very clean
Didn't get but one towel in my room and didn't get any shampoo but not really a big deal
Easy to find
I booked a non smoking and they place me in a smoking room for disability
Clean room without being gouged on the price
Easy access from freeway
Wi fi did not work but was charged for it anyway. Hardwood floors instead of carpet. No remote control for tv.
the room was clean enough to spend the night.
toilet was plugged in the first room, we had to change rooms. heater did not work on either room.
Comfortable bed. Slept well.
air conditioner vent made loud, annoying rattle. we fixed it with a washcloth. Walls are thin. You hear EVERYthing in the next room, whether you want to or not.
I had a very important job interview and was on a budget so this room 'looked' like a good deal....To start with my list : Very, very dirty. Used a towel on the floor and it was black from the dirt..ugh......Bed was old and made all kinds of noise when I moved....sheets were old and did not fit the bed.... Noise level outside was constant and loud as we were near train tracks, major highway and people checking in and out all night. I heard sirens all night and even though I work ems, it got old real quick. Had to go out and buy a fan as the room was hot even with ac, which was set at the lowest setting when I got there....but in the am, after a sleepless night, I got a cold shower as no hot water was left from the 04:00 early birds checking out and slamming doors to let us know...... I would recommend spend a bit more and stay at the other hotels as they were same price but also had free breakfast and wifi, this hotel even offered no shampoo, lotion etc and only gave me a bar of soap and two towels. By far the worst place I have ever stayed. Don't stay here...you will be disapointed.
