Clean, organized, friendly, well managed. No vent fan in bathrooms. Did not like cable provider. Very hard to find out what was on, or going to be on, television. Breakfast was "OK" at best.

Our suite was large and comfortable. Breakfast was ok if not brilliant Staff were helpful. Liquor store across the street. We had assumed, having read the hotel's details that it was closer to the old town than it was. The pool was full of boisterous unsupervised kids who set off the alarm.

Nice place, nice people. I was looking forward to using the steam room and it was out of order. It was one of the reasons I made a reservation at this particular Holiday Inn since I have stayed their before.

The room was clean, breakfast was good, check in guy EXTREMELY friendly I was happy with our stay until I went to check out. The lady I believe her name was Mitra was not behind the counter. After waiting for several minutes I went into the breakfast area to inquire if there was anyone working. Several minutes later Mitra came from outside with her cell phone in her hand. Then no apologies to my having to wait, then proceeded to explain how the cops had been there the night before and the night auditor didn't get a chance to do the paperwork as a result so that is where she was, she was upstairs (then why did she come from outside?) Anyway except for the bad check out we were extremely happy with our stay

The beds were wonderful, the AC worked great, the room was extremely clean, breakfast was awesome. we did not like the terrible smell in the hall way. And the shower head in our room didn't work as well as we would have liked.

The hotel was very nice & very clean. The breakfast area was well situated. The hotel is located right next to the railroad tracks & the train co e through around 2am.
