Large rooms at a very good price. Location, the hotel was too far from the strip and we felt out of the action. We actually moved to another hotel after the first night. Something we wouldn't have been able to do if we hadn't of booked with bookings.com because you pay on departure. |

comfortable beds, nice pool, good buffet dinner It was a little bit off the strip but the monorail stopped right outside so we got around pretty easy |

The room was large clean and spacious. Excellent conditions, very prestigious. The service was excellent. A little distant from the main street. Have to travel by car. If there is a car, it's not bad because it's 5 minutes drive you can park at any hotel you want |

The room was nice, the view was nice and the monorail makes up for it not beeing right on the strip. The casino smells a bit to much ciggarette for my taste. Roomservice is, as always, a bit expensive. |

Clean, nice room Upon check out the hotel tried to bill me the normal rate, $100 more than the booking.com rate. Even though I gave them the confirmation code and rate at check in, they didn't have it in their system. It was quite an ordeal to get the right rate at check out. |

View from my room The entire stay felt uncomfortable, from the facilities& food to the services & accommodations. Everything was either closed (2 restaurants) or a lot of trouble (eg ordering food exhausted staff attitudes, checking in. checking out) We were constantly told how tourist numbers were down - we're thankful they weren't more busy.If you like to feel you are being processed, stay here. |

The room was nice. Well I don't think that you have enough room about what I didn't like. To start I arrived at the hotel and had to stand in line for 45 minutes to check in. There were only to customer service reps and they were not very timely. When I finally got up to check in, the rep told me there were no clean rooms. It would be about an hour wait. I was asked if I would like free dinner or free room for one night. I said I would take the free night stay. I went and gambled and came back in an hour. My room was still not ready this was now 3:30 am. She then told me that I can go to another room until 12 noon and then come trade the room in for my room. I went to the room which was nice. I went to get ice from the 3rd floor. No room to finish.. |
