Position and nice staff at the desk
Very bad smell in the room even if we asked for a no-smoking room. The room next to our had a meal in the still of the night and the whole corridor (and our room) smelled of kebab! Disgusting!
Check in was great.
AIR conditioner was not working properly.
Restaurant staff and service was friendly.
General speed of customer service was slow and relaxed. In general, the staff at check in were rude and slow. I will not be returning to this hotel due to the shockingly poor customer service I experienced at this hotel (which I did not receive when it was the LVH).
The staff is really nice and the rooms are a good size.
They had only a couple of places to eat at the hotel. They were all expensive and not very good and had poor service.
The proximity to the convention centre.
The hotel is badly maintained, in need of a major revamp. This place is a dump where showers do not even guarantee hot water. Sad and run down.
Helpful staff ..
Outdated toliets ..
I was given a room without a bed. Then I went back downstairs and I was put in another room. Then the room keys didn't work
check in staff, misc charges were too high, only one wifi device included in resort fee, no attention to detail
Great resort with everything you might need for a comfy and fun vacation. The room was perfect. The staff at the Paradise Restaurant were the best!!!
The location is out of the way and the monorail is too pricey. Upcharges for everything like coffee in the room.. come on .. all hotels provide free coffee!!
We liked the valet parking lot service. The fast service to get us booked.
The misrepresentation of offering us a service in exchange for a long time meeting for time shares. Not interested
Your staff is excellent!!! Linda at the front check out desk was so helpful as was her manager.
A little expensive. If customers book several months ahead, they should get some type of discount.
The SuperBook, the penny slot machines and the Buffet.
This hotel is consistently one who up sells you on room or premium room upgrades. It never has the room you booked. That is basically a scam. I purchased a cyber Monday package from the LVH in Nov 2013, I excersied it September 2014 guess what the package was $200 for ten nights with resort included, on the up sell, why no room? Cost an additional $600. This is criminal activity. Stop it right now!! Refund my $600 right now, please.
TV didn't work, took two phone calls to have someone to fix issue. Room looked like it wasn't dusted, called supervisor to see that issue but room should not be givin if not cleaned. Shower wouldn't stop running, after shower was turned off.
easy check in , clean comfortable room. Easy access to the airport.
Hotel fees over and above the posted price of the rooms. $ 8.00 for 2 bottles of water.
Room was very nice and comfortable.
Elevaders were extreamly slow!
Receiptionists were Fine. They were the only one who offer the good service.
All of the furnitures were too old, room was super freezing, stinky smell. Staffs in casino were so poor. Beverage girls never came. Dealer was kind only for local people. I'm living in us but went there with my family who came from my country. felt so sorry for them. feels like they were racist. Super unprofessional. I will never go there again!!!!!!
pool party - shame it wasnt every night
change of ownership and signage - we were not aware of this and it was confusing when we arrived as we had not been to the hotel before
As soon as we got there we were treated very well from parking to checking in to just friendly I loved it thanks
I had to leave
Size of the room
Smelled old, area behind bed was really dirty
Being on the monorail. The pool. Being close to the LVCC. Mostly we liked the staff. Being able to meet the owner of the Westgate Resorts - David Siegel - was awesome!
Paying for every last little thing. Free wifi would be a natural thing. Free coffee in the room would be nice.
TO START, THE ROOM THAT THEY GAVE ME WAS OCCUPIED BY A COUPLE, THEN THEY GAVE ME A DIFFERENT ROOM AND EXTENDED TO 2 PM THE CHECK OUT TIME, THE CLEANING LADY, OPEN THE DOOR OF MY ROOM AT 11:00 AM, I COMPLAINED TO THE FRONT DESK AND THEY EXTENDED THE CHECK OUT TO 4:00 PM, THEN THE CLEANING LADY, OPENED THE DOOR OF THE ROOM AGAIN AT 1:45 PM, I PACKED UP BAGS AND LEFT. I COULD NOT REST AT ALL.
Next to the monorail so very easy to get to main resort. Very clean. Go green policy so got ,$10 for re using towels. Good eating places. Friendly staff. lovely pool.
Beware. Coffee in room was $3.50 a cup. Plus $4 for a bottle of water. Read the labels. Pushy resort reps trying to sign people up for timeshare while we were there. Drain smell at north entrance.
Monorail, excellent breakfast at Paradise Grill,Nice room.
As with all the hotels anymore,I am sure, the cost of all things that used to be included:$18 a day for facilities fee, even if you do not use them,$14 a day for wifi,$3.50 for cup of coffee you make yourself in the room,$4 for bottled water from your room. The advertised cost of the room has NOTHING to do with the actual cost OF the room.Lack of late night food in casino.
The hotel cost me £30 for a night (added an additional day to my holiday), couldn't have been happier the money.
A bit far from the main strip
