They charge you extra for everything! Will never stay there again!
Rooms were nice
ROOMS WERE NOT CLEANED EVERY DAY, AND WHEN THEY WERE, NOT DONE TO A GOOD STANDARD, DIRTY FOOTPRINTS IN BATH ON ARRIVAL, PUT IN A ROOM NEXT TO ONE WHICH WAS BEING RENOVATED, SO VERY NOISY, MOST OF HOTEL BEING RENOVATED AROUND GUESTS, DISGUSTING, SERVIC APAULING!!!!
Pool closes at 7. No outdoor deck or a plaxe to sit at at night in the open air.
All was good
I was locked out of my room twice. Key card malfunction
No bad experiences
Very conveniently located to Las Vegas Convention Center
WiFi should be free and too less electrcial sockets in the room. Armchair broken.
Smoking should not be allowed anywhere near a non-smoking room or area. Even though my room was a non-smoking one I could smell smoke most of the time.
Friendliness of the staff.
Great location, to the convention center
Buffe no good
Everything you expect from a Vegas Hotel for half the price. Great location just off the strip so no headaches with having to deal with traffic.
Resort fees, but all of Vegas does this now. Could have included free buffet breakfast for the price. $3.50 for a cup of coffee and $4.00 for a water bottle in the room, really?
Room clean and comfortable. Only resort hotel that you do not have to walk a mile through casino to get to room. Perfect location for visit to UNLV.
The supervisor who kept my deposit said I didn't have on there even though I have a reservation told the front desk I would be back later after my appointment is finished so that I owe them a resort fee when booking.com as of all the fees together and you just pay the front desk He was 100% wrong and Henry sleep in my car even though I've been up for two weeks Nevada incidental problem or was brought to my attention
Everyone else the rest of fromt desk The greeters Always got upgraded because i was there almost two weeks
Right after checking in, they direct you to get a welcome package which consists of a sales pitch for time share, vacation packages. The teams are scattered at all over the casino, so you can't walk buy with out being hounded. It became annoying.
We requested. King bed, but at check in received 2 queen beds. It was ok because the room was spacious and since we were on the 20 th floor, our view was nice. The beds were very comfortable. We also loved the convience of using the monorail, which is adjacent to hotel.
The only thing that I did not enjoy is the walk to/from the parking lot.
I love how the whole hotel is clean, with friendly staff to greet you. I enjoyed waking up with a fresh view of the mountain and the man made lake, as well as seeing the beautiful skyscrapers at night.
the staff was kind and catered to all my needs. Exceptional place. Took my money tho.
the evelvator took a very long time to come up or down
the staff was very nice and helpfuland kind and courteous
room is large love the night scene
The moment we checked into the hotel it was all bad.We arrived early 230am.They gave us the wrong room and it was already occupied, the 2nd trip was to a single bed room when I reguested 2 the 3rd move we ended up in another room again with only 1 bed and we were suppose to have 2. By this time is 330 am and we still have no room. The manager on duty was very rude and of no help.I Spoke to 5 different people. After all the back in forth all the did was comp us buffet breakfast and comp the resort fee after I had to get upset. I will never ever stay there again.
At check had a problem with Booking.com. The employees had us all confused about the bill, Had multiple charges on my card. Could not speak to them. Had to come the next day to talk to a supervisor. Really was not happy! Wanted to make sure that I was not ovetcharged.
Hotel is really nice. Rooms big and roomy. Very comfortable.
room is clean and comfortable
The pushy sales people every in the. Lobby. It feels like a used car sales lot. Very annoying. Makes u want to avoid the lobby at all cost
I didn't really have time to go out due to it was only a overnight stay.
Easy checking in , the room was great for the price def will stay at again
My room was dirty, the bathroom drawers had personal items from previous guest in them, not very clean
The Views The location the restaurants
The Easter buffet was less than disappointing. It was low quality food and the waitress I had didn't speak English that well so she gave me the wrong answer when I asked if other drinks besides champagne was included like coffee, soda. Also the pool wasn't available during our stay until the weather got too cool to go in and when we tried to use the jacuzzi it was broken. The hotel manager didn't take my complaints seriously. Otherwise I would have rated the staff in your survey "good" instead of poor.
Very upscale. More than most other casinos and hotels along the strip. More attractive floor tile in the casino areas and nice tile throughout the hotel public and private room bathrooms.
The staff reacts like their job isn't to help you. The service was beyond poor at check-in. There is a extra 100 deposit hold that they don't mention until you get there and the staff member charged my card 3 times! Since it was a weekend, I had to wait 3 days for them to fund back 300$ that they accidentally took. Not the best trip, rooms are nice, service is very poor.
