The burger joint down stairs was geat!!
The bath room smelled like urine. And the beds were rock hard.
Nothing ro was too loud nowhere to eat nothing for the kids and had to change rooms three times to get one to accommodate us two beds and no smoke ing
Everything see above
Off the strip and mono rail stop running at 3am makes it feel like you have a curfew in a city that never sleep
Room was out of date, little amenities. Room smelled bad, bed was poor. Elevators are confusing. Casino is small and old.
proximity to LV convention center
a bit outdated, even in the newly renovated rooms.
Our room looked like a bad 1980's movie with a kureg inside. It smelled horrible, there was hair in our sink. There is no reason rooms in 2014 should feel like a cheap hostel.
Did you renovate the rooms? I love the nonsmoking rooms. It's was so comfortable and luxurious!!
I hate the people standing by the elevator soliciting, but I know you're a resort. It's just annoying
Nice rooms, comfortable beds
Old, small casino. Not on strip. Resort fee was as much as room rate
Customer service was excellent
Wish the beds would've been bigger for the queen size and needs more complimentary items in the room
everything you need, rock vault show is one of the best, great food, sports screens, everything's clean, helpful staff
Not far from the strip Nice hotel
Keys had to be reissued twice Wouldn't open the room door Irritating to us to have to go to the lobby Oh well, we survived.
The location gives you easy access to everywhere in Las Vegas, wether you have your own vehicle or not.
I asked for a non-smoking room but it had a strong smell of cigar. Upon check-in, they were not clear of what I would get with the resort fee (extra $18) they charged. The hotel and the facilities inside it seemed a little abandoned.
The room was nicely cozy and comfortable.
There was a long line at check in (Saturday eve at 7 pm) though they have quite some staff. It is very inefficient though. They assigned us a room and when we got there it was dirty, towels on the floor - not cleaned up after the last guest. Mind it, at 7 pm. We asked for another room and it took 25 more minutes that we finally got it. Free complimentary internet connection - for 1 device per room. Maybe the management should check the calendar - it's 2014. Luckily we were there only one night.
The room size and comfort. The distance to the main street is close by car. They have a train station for the ones without car.
Service Desk Restaurants expensive and not good Additional fees for internet Sales people pushing you everyday in front of elevators to buy shows and tourist packages The parking lots very far from elevators.
The hotel is very nice and the location is excellent .. and comfortable, clean and quiet
extra resort fee internet costs 14.- a day
Restaurants, location, rooms were perfect .
Their billing system is awful. Duplicate payments, unfriendly staff. But hotel managers were eager to solve problems.
the room is very big an the bath room is big. the people in the lobby is very nice an friendly. it have a lot of shopping store their.
the thing i don't like is that they change you to much off the resort fee is to high.an they change you for a coffee. the beds are to short. you can hear people close their doors.
Very often my room was not done when I came back at night, The restaurant were closed between 4 p.m and 8 p.m, staff at the reception not very friendly, when I left they charged me 2 nights at a different Price tan agreed and in spite of my many mails I did not receive an answer. Will certainly not recommend this hotel
Especially the price but in general I like the hotel
Room was very spacious and clean, check in was fast
Shower head could splash more water
Pool was awesome. .
