Latham Hotel  

I had two large beds and a huge closet for just myself (and $69 per night).

The location was great,was cleaner than expected .very good for the budget conscience,safe,close enough to drop shopping bags off the go out again.

The location was awesome; right in the heart of midtown so easily accessible to all areas of the city.

There was only a single, unmarked bathroom for the entire floor. I don't mind sharing, but the shower and toilet were all in the same room so if someone decides to take a shower, you could be waiting for a long time.

Excacly what I wanted not fancy but in a good location and was clean all the time Very nice pepole at the hotel, good Internet speed too...good hotel for the price of 55 a night don't forget it's manhattan nothing is chip but fancy I enjoy the stay!

Just the fact that I had a share bathroom...but it was ok and not to bad at all

It's was in the city not to far from times square

For the price, you cannot beat it. After a long day of walking, even a boring, flat bed/ pillow feels great. Fair distance from Times Square but well worth it. Great staff!

The price was reasonable and location was pretty good

There are no personal bathrooms, everything is shared. The walls are paper thin and you can hear conversations from any room on the floor and possibly the floor above and below.

Nothing ... I am never going there again

Everything .. Found Hair in Bed, Under the bed was dirty found a pair of used headphones and an opened pack of gum plus filth. AC was old and in very bad condition .. The lamp did not work ... there was no way to opene the windows to let the air in. I understand it is a 70 $ room but they still could have changed the bed spreads and pillow casses and clean up the room.

The price/quality relationship, great staff and well located.

You get what you paid for. It's a great price and the very friendly and helpful service makes up for the size and outdated rooms.

It was in a great spot in the Flatiron.

Location and price was perfect for us. The 6 train ,1train and n,q,r subway lines are all on 28th street and are minutes walk from the motel , getting uptown and downtown was just so easy via the subway,

No fridge in room no coffee/kettle
