Location to my daughters university

Room was on the road noisy traffic

staff gave helpful suggestions and the discount tickets to the JCC

The decour was drab and dreary. could do with facelift.

My teenage daughter and I were attending a conference at the Jewish center, which was directly across the street. Since most hotels in San Francisco are downtown or near Union Square, I was happy to find the Laurel Inn so close to our event. It was also, happily, very close to walking restaurants (highly recommend Solstice) and Filmore Street shopping. The facilities were clean, modern, and comfortable. I prefer smaller boutique hotels such as this over larger chains, and would definitely stay here again. A great city find.

Only one plug/single outlet in the bathroom made using electrical appliances difficult.

Great beds, great staff, great location. Lots of fun extras: free beverages and goodies available morning and afternoon in the lobby. Bar/coffee shop adjoining is low-key but hip and fun.

Priced a bit high...but that's San Francisco. Some room noise from our upstairs neighbors; however, when I mentioned it to the clerk at check-out, she told me I should have let the front desk know and they would have quieted the upstairs guests. I will do so in the future.

Staff is fantastic, will do anything to accomodate your needs. Location is also very good, one of the few hotels that are not in the Union Square/Fisherman's Wharf.

Walls and floors are a little in the thin side, so it could get a little noisy in the morning. But when I sai "a little" I really mean it.

VG helpful staff with the best ways to get to places and a good map of San Fran that they give at check in. Pet friendly. Good restaurants nearby. Delicious free cookies too!

No screens on the window so mosquitos got inside. Hotel not near BART trains.

Clean, hip, centrally located. On bus lines. Helpful, knowledgeable staff. Parking in building. We will stay at the Laurel Inn next time we go to San Fransisco.

I had a great time staying in Laurel Inn. The staff are all very efficient and helpful, and professional, they went out of their way to buy a baking dish for me when I asked. Rooms are clean, no bad smell, window can be opened to circulate the air if you want. the most part I like is the kitchen, I don't have to eat out every day. If you like spa, across the road is the fittness centre. The body massage there is excellent. I will definitely come back if I am visiting San Francisco again.

Thought it was overpriced with beds that are overused.

Very convient for our stay. liked the fact that our room had a kitchenet.

Het personeel was erg behulpzaam bij het regelen van zaken in de stad. De kamer was prettig ingericht.

Locatie is goed, maar wel, wat uit het centrum. Je moet goed kijken wat je wil gaan doen in de stad.
