The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was a great size and the bathroom was large. Perfect for an overnight stay before a flight from LAX. The Hotel is a short free shuttle bus from the airport

I arrived from an international flight and needed a room before check-in time. The manager was extremely friendly and flexible and gave me a discount on an available room.

Lack of access to basic food, such as milk or snacks. A candy machine would go a long way here. It's not close to any convenient stores.

The location is great if your looking to stay close to LAX. The area isn't the greatest but we were two female travelers and never once felt in any type of danger. We loved our room! We asked for two beds and one of the beds had a seperate room which was awesome! The staff is by far the friendliest staff I've ever met in any of my travels. The price is great too! If your looking for a high end hotel this is not the place for you. But the price is right and the place is well maintained. I would definitely return.

Comfy bed and clean room/bathroom. Just what I needed. Also, great access to airport. Staff VERY friendly and eager to please. Would not hesitate to stay again for ease in escaping LA.

The room was very clean and the Staff went above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.

Accomodating and friendly attitude of staff. I arrived very early,and they let me use one of the suites that had been left but not yet cleaned until my room was ready. The rooms were quite clean and did not have the terrible odor typical of less expensive motels and it was quiet.The suite contained a fridge and microwave and free wi fi. Being close to free shuttle service that runs every 10 minutes to and from lax was another plus as was the proximty to inexpensive eating places. Excellent value.

To make it perfect, having the shuttle come to the door instead of 3 blocks away would be more convenient if your luggage is unwieldy. However having free service come this close and be so reliable, was better than most other places anywhere near the same price.

The manager Mike was the best! He showed real concern for my safety and my comfort. The staff was friendly and very efficient. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Not too many bells and whistles....but I wasn't expecting anything but a safe, clean, comfortable place to stay. I would highly recommend LAX Suites. The price is very reasonable. I would stay there again. Thanks again Mike..and keep up the great customer service.
