Most everything! Modern, modular furniture was great. Ability to open the deck door and get fresh air.
Parking lot was full when we arrived. However, after thirty minutes we were able to squeeze the car into a space. "Breakfast included" was somewhat misleading: it was a choice of bagel, muffin or croissant, delivered to room during a thirty minute window determined the night before. How did I know when I would wake? Coffee maker in room made one cup of coffee only.
Comfortable cosy room, except for non separate bathroom, though the shower was great! Easy walk to good Park Slope cafes/restaurants Good views of lower Manhattan skyline. Very helpful staff.
bathroom not private enough! no public space to sit in Hotels seems to be in no-man's land
the bed is of superior quality the HDTV surreal
too, much blue everywhere. Ice delivered to the room. Shower/toilet area are glassed in but still in the room. A misplaced love motel form Shibuya TYO. Over priced
Hotel was nice.
Bed was to deep. No dining room.
I liked the place its was located perfectly for my visit to Brooklyn. I loved the fact 5th was a short walk with some great food, bars and coffee shops. Its a nice hotel in an odd location. Its clean with a kicking sound system in the room. Its not the Ritz but its not the flea pit and the prices are reasonable so be patient enjoy it for what it is and explore Brooklyn as I did. I will be going back to Le Bleu :)
The breakfast setup is weird have to tick the menu in advance to delivered to the room. I could have done with a few more coffee pouches in the room but these are small insignificant things in the grand scheme of things.
Contemporary interior (re)design of the rooms with cool white fixtures and funky blue lights. Cleanliness, comfortable beds, helpful and friendly staff. Proximity (a few blocks) to Park Slope neighbourhood. Transport connections quite easy with cab depot next door as well as subway stations down the street. I also appreciated being able to browse the photograph, coffee-table format books about Brooklyn and New York plus the magazines provided in the room.
No dislikes. I would have preferred the option of eating breakfast in an alternative communal area, however basic, rather than in the room. But I understand that the breakfast-in-a-box, plus takeaway cardboard cups provided for the Starbucks coffee would be very practical for commuters or guest eager to get out and about rapidly or picnic outside.
Up to date bathroom fixtures, pleasant staff, wonderful continental breakfast in the room, clean and modern room.
No complaints at all.
Comfortable room Breakfast
No window in the door, Heating System make lots of noise
Surprised by quality of room
Building location and lack of restaurant
Upon entering we were greeted by cheerful staff who gave us a tiny tour of this quaint hotel. It's close to many delicious restaurants that delivered. I lived the neon blue light above the bed. The decor is upbeat and calming at the same time. Would definitely stay there again!
Wish there was more of a view from our balcony
Loved the room and the bathroom set up. Very modern
Did not like the fact that we were entitled to a free continental breakfast and no one ever bought it to us. Even though they confirmed what we wanted to order
It is in a very convenient location.
It's a great little hotel but definitely not a four star level. I don't know who gave it a four star because they don't provide that level of service or comfort. My rooms safe did not function, the TV remote was missing and they don't provide any stationary for their guests. The staff seems very young and inexperienced.
The staff was friendly and helpful
The bathroom set up. The fact that there is no privacy when using the toilet it shower. Very stupid design. The price for an inferior room
very(!) friendly and helpful staff great location for Brooklyn for Manhattan it's not bad(MTA station is very close) the room was very nice, with lots of additions grate value for NYC and the staff was really grate and friendly (so friendly that i had to mention that again)
only one bad for our opinion the shower curtain was moldy. really not the level of cleanness we expected. but this was the only thing. everything else was very clean
Quiet, clean, convenient to good restaurants, Great bed and quiet.
No choiced of orange juice with breakfast, and bathroom located in bedroom
Well appointed, helpful and friendly staff
WiFi download slow.
Blue! Great shower - spacious with rain showerhead, nice glass doors (in middle of room so not ideal for family setting - only for couples) Convenient/appropriately priced snacks in room Free water and snack upon arrival in room Decent view of Manhattan Two blocks from subway (G train) Comfortable and clean beds!
Too Pricey! The rooftop restaurant is CLOSED but not indicated on the website. Bathroom not very private, glass sliding door
Good location not far from Manhattan, fine breakfast is served in the room. Comfortable room.
Price higher than what you get. No hotel lobby and other hotel services
Great location if you have business in Brooklyn, location is great. Free parking is a huge money saver. You can walk to loads of great restaurants and bars
Clean Well equipped
250$ security deposit Bathroom
The bath slipped into the bedroom. Great space planning
Libby kind squished
Quiet, stylish room. Continental breakfast. Free parking. Convenient location in up-and-coming Gowanus.
Cramped space around washbasin. Toilet with limited privacy.
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The location is good, close to subway and eating establishments. If you are driving a car to the hotel there is free parking right out front.
The room is small and the shower protrudes into the center of the room. There is no lobby or breakfast area. There is no work out facility in the hotel or close by.
Noise from other guests in early hours of the morning
I brought my elderly but hip and experienced traveler of a mother to the hotel specifically because we could park securely right outside the door. We were very please with our accommodations.
While there are several great places to eat and drink very nearby, you have to cross Fourth Avenue to get to them.
