Quality is good such as shower booth, beds..etc
Location is not so convincing
-Location, close to subway and one block from a great neighbourhood Park Slope -Manhattan view from balcony -big rooms
-had to hang a towel in front of toilet door for privacy - parts of room careworn - no hot drinks or plates with breakfast, no way to make tea - had to ask twice for a copy of my bill
Perfect for us attending a wedding at 501 UNION.. 6 block walk ..very safe neighborhood- staff excellent, helpful and really cared..continental breakfast delivered to door..would definitely stay there again if ever in Brooklyn
Super friendly, helpful and professional staff. Great location in Park Slope
Staff, room size + features, bed + bedding, location (requires a short, refreshing walk to subway and more active spots in Brooklyn), overall quietness.
Complimentary continental b'fast is good and appreciated, but could use a few healthier options.
Everything was top notch ! Highly recommend
Very noisy as walls are bru thin and tv etc loud. No bar , cafe , public facilities. . Posh motel but very good rooms
Great location and I think it is the best bed that I have ever slept in!
I wish the shower curtain would have pulled over to the sink. Not comfortable being totally nude and exposed to the bedroom! It does cover the glassed in shower.
Small and nice place, good location for us.
The breakfast is terrible, a cold croissant, a cheap marmalade and everything in a paper box, it could not be cheap
Balcony & Manhattan views. Breakfast choice. Cleanliness of room. Great shower - glad there was a curtain. Bathrobe & slippers.
Would have preferred two proper chairs on the balcony (instead of one and a fold up) and a small table would have completed it.
We just loved the room, the beds were extremely comfortable and the shower was clean and spacious. TV with few hundred channels and BOSE sound system were additional goodies that made our stay extremely pleasant. Also, Starbucks coffee in the room is something extra that you really appreciate in the morning :-) The staff organized some bookings for us, we really appreciated their help.
The location is great if you want to explore Brooklyn, but for Manhattan is a bit too far. It took us almost an hour to get there with the subway. The breakfast can get a bit boring, since you're getting the bagel/muffin/croissant every morning, but again we did not mind since the room price was really favorable.
Modern spacious room. Great shower
Linen didn't appear to be fresh. Pillows smelled
I loved the hotel the room was beautiful the bed was huge. I loved the shower. I had a wonderful time and would go again.
It was a bit pricey but was worth it
Nice helpful staff
The staffs were really nice. It was pretty clean. Free parking lot and wifi. The rooms looked really nice.
It was really loud. You can hear outside and the room next to you. Shower was confusing, it took us forever to make the water warm. I thought they would have toothpaste there but they didn't have any there.
The area around the hotel.
Hiden fee. It seem dispute/disagreement between booking.com and the Hotel itself. Location; Noice. Parking
Great hotel, excellent staff, unique location and FREE parking; on a first come first served basis. Really felt safe in this cool Park Slope neighborhood. Great muffins and coffee for breakfast too!
Would like an exhaust fan in the bathroom.
no fitness center or relationships with local fitness clubs
In general, the staff was friendly. The room was spacious and had a nice interior design.
Strangely enough, there is a deposit of 250 dollars that has to be paid by credit card. Not being able to pay this deposit at first, I was threatened by the staff to leave the hotel although I had already paid my room. Very inhospitable! The view from the lower floors was just a disappointment. There were huge stains on the carpet and on the shower floor. The environment of the hotel is okay but not very attractive. It takes about 30 to 60 minutes to reach places of interest in Manhattan.
The room was wonderful and very comfortable. Large by New York standards. It was very clean.
4th ave not too appealing, glad I didn't have to walk there alone.
comfortable room and modern decor. also convenience to subway.
limited parking - had to park on the street the first night
How can you have a three star hotel without lobby to sit,no restaurant,no bar and gym facility.to make matter worse breakfast is brought to the room and not in the restaurant.and when they are brought it is like a beggars food.the hotel is a fraud.breakfast was charged for in the hotel charges and the money added for breakfast will get the guest a better breakfast outside the hotel in a normal restaurant.
