“ I have stayed hear before and enjoyed myself again as before. The location is perfect to be connected in the heart of the City w/o being stuck w/ the tourist traps. Location, clean, easy Value for the upgraded room didn't seem fair - I would just stick with the cheaper room now knowing that it didn't appear to make any difference in view of the bay or size of the room.

great view excelent bed great parking at night taxis always avail good location hotel is under renovation though will be beautiful when its done and parking during the day is a bit rough unless you pay vallet which is a bit steep that said they are great about letting you pull in for 15 min or so if you just need to grab something from your room

I have stayed hear before and enjoyed myself again as before. The location is perfect to be connected in the heart of the City w/o being stuck w/ the tourist traps. Perfect location for business and shopping all in the same locations. The Tourist spots are not very far and can be enjoyed with little trouble. Cost of parking is my biggest dislike. This should have been offered and a reduced price w/ my booking cost by Bookings.com. Other sites offered it w/ a different package price. There is construction going on downstair w/ the lobby but the hassle is very minimum if you are prepared.

they does not have anything unique and worth to be mentioning the parking costing 64$ per night !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i think they park it in the sweet furnishef with flowers !!!!!! the houskeeping unclean at all come on I stay in a starwood hotels or a motel !!!!!

It was my 25th wedding anniversary and I specifically booked an "executive king, bay view" so that we could see the Blue Angels from our room. We got to 2116 and found that it was "bay view" only as a technicality, with a small peekaboo view between two highrises. I went back down to the desk and a very nice young lady moved me to 2110 (a great room with the right view), except that when we arrived at the room, it was already occupied. I went back down to the desk, which by now had a line out the door with only TWO desk clerks. She took me ahead of many people and gave me room 2316 (thinking that this was the same lame room but two floors higher), which it was. I gave up then as the air show was over. Thanks for the great wedding anniversay gift!

Its an old establishment with a cheap makeover. TRIES TO DISGUESE IT SELF AS AN UPSCALE CLASSY HOTEL AT THE SAME TIME TRIES TO BE CHIC AT THE SAME TIME. VERY LAME.

La habitacion asignada a mi no estaba lista cuando , estaba sucia. Durante todo el dia estuvieron llamando en tono agrsivo para indicarme que debia dejar la habitacion cuando yo habia hecho check in ese dia por tres noches. DHASTA EN 4 OCACIONES ME TUVIERON QUE CAMBIAR LA LLAVE ELECTRONICA PORQUE NO ABRIA LA PUERTA O LA DESACTIVAVAN PARA OBLIGAR A ABANDONAR LA HABITACION , OBVIAMENTE POR UNA CONFUSION ENTRE MI LLEGADA Y LA SALIDA DEL ANTERIOR HUESPED. NO HUIBO UBA DISCULPA POR ESA SITUACION. NO VUELVO A HOSPEDARME EN UNH HOTEL COMO LE MERIDIEN SAN FRANCISCO QUE SON AGRESIVOS CON SUS HUESPÉDES Y NO RECONOCEN ERRORES.

A mi chemin entre union square et le pier 1, tout pret de Chinatown, cet hotel est 20mn à pied des principaux sites de l'ouest de la ville. Chambres au prix d'un hôtel très haut de gamme (environ 600€ la nuit) pour des équipements et un service clairement pas à la hauteur. Petit déjeuner buffet médiocre, vous montez votre bagage seul en chambre, les cartes d’accès à la chambre n'ont fonctionné qu'au bout du troisième aller retour avec l’accueil ce qui est plutôt pénible après 11h de vol et avec 9h de décalage horaire. Baignoire trop peu profonde pour pouvoir se plonger complètement le corps dans son bain, pas de douche séparée ...

Uitstekend hotel, goede ligging, goede faciliteiten. In de afgelopen 18 jaar ( toen het nog de Park Hyatt heette) nagenoeg niet veranderd, en dus enigszins gedateerd. Diner mogelijkheden in hotel beperkt, echter in de omgeving voldoende alternatieven.
