Location and friendliness of staff.
Bathroom lights too dim. Fixtures showing their age. Daybed/couch fabric stained. All very minor detractions.
Overall, everything. We stay here at least a few times a year.
Restaurant dinner menu and food just average.
Lots of taxes (not your fault) and extras.
Good location, walking to grocery
We stayed Jan 23-25! We drove from Kingston, Ontario! Very easy to find! The staff was very welcoming! Actually I have to say the staff were incredible! The hotel was absolutely stunning! We were in in Cambridge to see Garth Brooks! The staff was just as excited as we were! lol! We will definitely stay here again! And will stay here when we come backin the fall! Ty for a fantastic stay! Trisha
Staffs were helpfull
Not big enough closet
This hotel was in the heart of Cambridge. Great location, about a 5min walk from the Red Line. The hotel was very good for the price point, the staff hospitable and the accommodations weren't overly luxurious but once it's again for the price it was good.
On the website it seems like you have the walk in showers but upon seeing the room it was a shower/tub combo.
All the staff was very friendly and the room was perfect! When I asked if breakfast was included they said no, but I left for a few hours and when I came back to my room there were 2 tickets for free breakfasts under our door. Then I went to breakfast in the morning a few minutes after the kitchen was closed (thought breakfast was served until 11), they made us a huge platter, including coffee and orange juice, and brought it up to our room! They went above and beyond.
stuff nice，gym comfortable， a nice bar in neiborhood.
a little far from downtown，20minutes，need to take a bus which is irregular.
I got the room on a last minute booking as low as $120... A this price is a good value. At normal rates it is not worth it. Bath always clogged. Very nice bed and lining.
Bath always clogged.
I had a great experience during my New Year's stay. Close to international dining options and the T red line. Hotel provided free access to the fascinating and interactive MIT museum. I'll be back.
Nothing to dislike.
Here over winter break. Fun location visiting MIT and Harvard. Try Flour bakery around the corner.
Room was a great price clean and spaceous. Would definitely stay again.
Boston is hard to drive around best to take taxi to hotel and walk everywhere.
The room was clean. Doorman was nice.
Ignored in lobby by staff talking behind front desk. I was looking through bags for room key to use elevator late night. Could not believe they kept talking. Otherwise, they were pleasant enough
I would have loved to have complimentary parking.
Nice facilities nice rooms.
I didn't like that the water was turned off for 2hours during my second day. And then
The style of the hotel was very nice and the staff was great
We had a big and bright room on the 8th floor overlooking the city. Really enjoyed it.
I could hear the people next door.
The bed was wonderful
No list of restaurants in area No bible in room No gift shop
Parking near by Big room Upgrade to suite Bar stayed open late for a wedding group
Breakfast place lacks ambiance
A good standard above the local cheap hotels with national brand names.
Outside signage was difficult to see/and or find when driving up in a car. The night table lamps were too cute by half and the turn on/off button impossible to find in the dark! In our 8th floor room the constant rumbling of the rooftop heating/cooling system interrupted my sleep.
- Friendly staff - great location - big and clean room and bathroom.
- A bit pricey ..I made a late booking during 89% occupancy rare so it might have accounted for that..
responsive to requests, easy to run up to Charles River, short cab ride to Boston
generally a bit tired in terms of decor and seats/carpets/bathrooms
Breakfast was excellent Staff were very friendly and helpful
Sounds very trivial but didnt like the green decorations on the glass doors of the entrance.
Excellent Guest Relations Central Location
Room seating was not comfortable
