The room was very spacious

Spacious room, comfortable bed, big closet area, room for two to get dressed in bathroom. Nice to have kitchenette, small balcony. prompt room service. Quiet area yet walking to many destinations. Esay to get cab. Great rooftop pool and lounging area!

Wall unit ac, hard to cool all the way back to sleeping area.

I liked everything except the smoke smell.

It's smelled of smoke. SO GROSS. I even changed rooms and my new room still smelled very terrible.

By looking from outside you can't tell, but the rooms are great. Very fancy and confortable. I really recommend it! It's very close to a Robert De Niro's restaurant. Really good and not overpriced.

In Beverly Hills....but not inbetween palms and nice turfs. It is in a residential area

Location;very nicely decorated.

Very niocey from above rooms, footsteps woke us up each morning.

Friendly staff, perfict services, luxury suites, and nice gym. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location and restaurant

I left a brand new just purchased stainless steel shaker in the room very expensive and called and they did not return it.

Big pleasant space for 4 adults (grandparents and parents) and young child; self-catering possibility; cleanliness; location; very friendly and efficient staff and valets

Plenty of room, handy to Hollywood and Beverley Hills, staff very helpful

Little bit of street noise, not replenishing coffee, parking a bit expensive

The 35 dollars per night parking charge and the room service (food) we ordered two omelets with bacon avocado and cheese and a fruit plate it was 78.00 they did not put cheese on one omelet and avocado on the other

Spacious rooms. Very quiet location. Pool terasse small but very comfortable.

Breakfast expensive (1 croissant 5 dollars). Once our room wasn't cleaned but a phonecall arranged that.

The rooms are fantastic. Great size, comfort, layout and decor. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Roof top heated pool with spa and tennis court. Which we used and it was handy after shopping and siteseeing. Close to shopping and some tourist attractions but you really need a car in LA.

The kitchen could have a few more utensils in, but overall I couldn't fault the hotel.

Don't stay in room 241, they can't get the strange smell out of there.... Coat for parking ($35 per night) is steep !

Fairly accessible to shopping areas and Hollywood Boulevard.

Room had a faint odor.

Location was fantastic. Our suite was modern and beautiful. Even had a fireplace. Very large space and we felt right at home

Like the location and the suite was lovely. The pool area was small but much needed in the hot weather. Parking was wonderful and close to our room. The hotel was pet friendly which my small Jack Russell was very happy about.

Bad sleeping pillows.

The location was perfect. I stayed at king suite which was remarkable. The decoration was really cute and it mostly like an apartment. I loved it so much. The staff were helpful.
