See above.Because our room was not ready by arrival, we could stay in our room till 3pm the day we left. Our room was not ready by arrival at 2.30pm and not at 7pm. |

The room was very nice, although we had to pay extra for a little bed for our nine years old daughter 180$. The staff was super nice and always very helpful. The pool is such a good thing after walking in ny... Their restaurants are wow!!! The lobby, the Xmas tree... The decorations... Wow! The location is extraordinary. It's ny so there is a lot, lots of people, even in the hotel.. But with the so excellent reputation their restaurants have... We understand... Although it was sometimes really a lot of people... |

The staff was very helpful with my young baby and were very kind to let me check in early so that he could nap. the cheesy, goofy language on the promo materials ("fuhgedaboutit" instead of "do not disturb", for instance) was bizarrely at odds with the somber design scheme |

location was the best thing. good staff yes. uncomfortable beds. got ripped off on the breakfast vouchers. was not a meal as you booking.com showed. tell the truth and say what u are going to receive. i would like to be reimbursed for that portion. |

The location. The rates offered during our stay in New York City. My rate included buffet breakfast. But there was no buffet, and the breakfast was at the coffee shop and included one coffee and one croissant only with jam. The 2nd was Croissant was payable. Also there was a Gym which once could you with a charge of $10.00 per person, but the facility offered to Hotel guests at the gym was different and much lower quality from regular clients of the gym. |

The location, the location, the location, the burger place in the lobby, the helpful bellman & front door staff. Also liked fresh ice when we returned to our room. (I think the bellman did it of his own accord. Very nice man) Beds are too hard-- you need to compete here. Also: we called for extra glasses and towels and never received them. The small shot glasses in the bathroom are absurd & not useful. |

The concierge service was excellent, and the location great. The continental breakfast could not be called a breakfast - it was all just cake!! And not very good ones. But the rest of the a la carte breakfast menu was impressive. |

The hotel is very well located, in the city center. We had a really good deal and she room really worth the price we paid. The cleaning lady was oming quit early at 9am, when you are on holiday it s too soon! Extras such as room service are really expensive. It s normal for a luxury hotel, but bad for my money! |

The room, actually, a small suite, was immaculate, very attractive,and the location is ideal for my needs. United Airlines delayed my baggage for over 12 hours. The bell captain and his staff were very supportive with advice about persistent calling to the airlines and the delivery service, and kept their eyes out for the illusive suitcase. At my request, upon its arrival at the hotel at 12:09 am the following day, they immediately brought it to the room. The concierge staff were equally helpful, although the personnel at the front desk seemed bothered at times. There was no refrigerator in the room, although I'm certain that had I asked for one it would have been made available. I simply dislike the mini-bars that charge you for moving anything about. |

It's locat6ion is very suitable to a New York City/sightseeing stay as well located for transport and local attractions, restaurants. But in reality the hotel was about marketing hype, if you chose to believe in it then that is up to you but in reality the hype did not improve my experience of being there, it just led to disappointment. Lack of any public rooms/eating and drinking facilities -, a bar serving anything that resembled reasonable city prices. Really needed more public areas, even the bar was a a through way from the street to the foyer. |
