I paid $300+ for room. They moved me up to 35 floor. View from hall was amazing. Got to room.. Nice but small.. Tiny bathroom. View was looking right at a construction tower--- looked like something out of old west. Terrible view marred it.

The whole interior deco is very outdated. The high speed elevator is very loud and we can hear it all the time.

We didn't like to hang our clothes in the space provided with the dirty curtain. During the night the water backed up in the bathtub, making it impossible to shower in the morning due to dirty residue in the tub.

It did not have a coffee maker wich is inconvintient espacially in the morning and it did not have any drinking bottel of water. Also the path room pluming was bad and the water stay a while befor it goes intovthe sewag espacialy in the hand wash sink

Very accomodating. Provided a bar fridge to store our formula and baby food gratis. Made our stay comfortable by preparing a crib for the baby. It was quiet, central, clean and my family enjoyed our trip. The pool was also great for the kids in which additional charges are applicable.

One of the three elevators wasn't working which really caused a traffic jam with the remaining elevators. With a stroller it was that much harder to find space in the elevator to go down to the lobby. However, nothing that patience couldn't overcome. I understand that this could happen to any hotel.

Open atrium, nice rooms, great location -- near central park and near shopping, Great gym and pretty nice pool on the top of the building.

The location was great and our room was lovely .

Having to pay again for a short swim Waiting for breakfast , while outside people were first. Breakfast was fussy and expensive .

Perfect high quality hotel near Central Park. Excellent soft beds (no bed bugs or anything else not belonging there) :) Good and helpful staff. Even cash machine can be founded inside the hotel, if need of cash. Taxis always available immediately outside the hotel.

Be careful if taking a look at the minibar (without buying). Touch something and it can be charged from you!

Nice location, very helpful concierge service, rooms comfortable and quite big.

Expensive Wifi, no free-access to the pool, Junior suite not suitable for 2 teenagers (too little sofa-bed for 2 and not possibility to have an extra-bed), no separation door between bedroom and living room.
