I had major problems with the booking process (my fault) that the hotel at first was completely unwilling to accommodate, but Booking.com was able to negotiate with them for me (and they did a great job doing so). It seems their reservations department was not very responsive, and it took almost two weeks to get the issue solved. Note that if you go through Booking.com, it's pretty hard to change your reservation with the hotel! (Again, it was totally my fault. Still a very nice place.)
The hotel was in a great location for going uptown and downtown. I stayed with my sister, and we got a room with two twin beds, which were definitely larger than just "twin" bed size, and the room itself was very comfortable and felt large. The customer service at the front desk (Anandi!), concierge, and housekeeping was perfect!
