Gentilezza e disponibiltà da parte dello staff, posizione ottimale e comodità del letto. La vista su Central Park dalla camera che ci è stata "regalata" al nostro arrivo. Ottima esperienza!!!! |

The room, actually, a small suite, was immaculate, very attractive,and the location is ideal for my needs. United Airlines delayed my baggage for over 12 hours. The bell captain and his staff were very supportive with advice about persistent calling to the airlines and the delivery service, and kept their eyes out for the illusive suitcase. At my request, upon its arrival at the hotel at 12:09 am the following day, they immediately brought it to the room. The concierge staff were equally helpful, although the personnel at the front desk seemed bothered at times. There was no refrigerator in the room, although I'm certain that had I asked for one it would have been made available. I simply dislike the mini-bars that charge you for moving anything about. |

It's locat6ion is very suitable to a New York City/sightseeing stay as well located for transport and local attractions, restaurants. But in reality the hotel was about marketing hype, if you chose to believe in it then that is up to you but in reality the hype did not improve my experience of being there, it just led to disappointment. Lack of any public rooms/eating and drinking facilities -, a bar serving anything that resembled reasonable city prices. Really needed more public areas, even the bar was a a through way from the street to the foyer. |

The room quality, size , and bed . Everything was an extra - internet access , either in bedroom ( $15 perday ) or lobby ( $8.50 access + 50c minute ) ; mini-fridge for room had to be rented ! ; no coffee-making facilities in bed-room. In my opinion , any quality hotel should provide all of these as standard . We had friends staying in the Sheraton Manhattan locally , and all of the above were included - at a lower overall rate ! |

I had two twin beds and thought that I was getting a queen. Also, the air conditioning didn't seem to be adjustable which made it a little warmer than I would have liked. |

The only thing I like was the location .... Terrible service and front desk attention to the customer needs.I'm Starwood Preferred Guest .. Gold and I didn't know they were not affiliated to the program ... Attention if you want to have a good view you should pay more....or choose another hotel ...To expensive for what they offer !!! |

The hotel location was excellent - and the food was good too.However, being a European the size of meals are to much - as is the pricing. I would have liked a buffet to supplement an other wise extensive menu giving children a more flexible choice of i.e. breakfast. Not really. In general very open spaces and modern in interior design, nice surroundings and pleasant atmosphere - excellent concierge. The pool area - which seem to be a differentiating factor, since not many hotels in New York has a pool - could be better and more inviting. Seemed to be a bit run-down. The locker facilities was ok; but with only one shower cubicle the capacity was limite |
