odalar ferah ve güzel dekor yapılmış. önemli kuralların altını çizerek gösterebilirler,çıkış gününde bunu imzaladınız ödiyeceksiniz denmez daha sıcak ve anlayışlı davranabilirler.siteden sigara içilebilir oda seçtiğimiz halde bu giriş sırasında içilmeyen oda olarak verilmiş ve haberimiz yok sözlü uyarı olarak, fakat imzaladığımız sözleşmenin sonlarında ufacık bir şekilde yazıyor ve gözden kaçmış,sonunda 300 dolar ceza uygulanıyor, |

The location, the location, the location, the burger place in the lobby, the helpful bellman & front door staff. Also liked fresh ice when we returned to our room. (I think the bellman did it of his own accord. Very nice man) Beds are too hard-- you need to compete here. Also: we called for extra glasses and towels and never received them. The small shot glasses in the bathroom are absurd & not useful. |

The decor was great. The location was good very close to shopping, theatres and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. |

The concierge service was excellent, and the location great. The continental breakfast could not be called a breakfast - it was all just cake!! And not very good ones. But the rest of the a la carte breakfast menu was impressive. |

The hotel is very well located, in the city center. We had a really good deal and she room really worth the price we paid. The cleaning lady was oming quit early at 9am, when you are on holiday it s too soon! Extras such as room service are really expensive. It s normal for a luxury hotel, but bad for my money! |

Very well located in NY city. We booked this hotel for the pool but it is ridiculously small. The bar & breakfast room are noisy. The price is over rated. |

The room, actually, a small suite, was immaculate, very attractive,and the location is ideal for my needs. United Airlines delayed my baggage for over 12 hours. The bell captain and his staff were very supportive with advice about persistent calling to the airlines and the delivery service, and kept their eyes out for the illusive suitcase. At my request, upon its arrival at the hotel at 12:09 am the following day, they immediately brought it to the room. The concierge staff were equally helpful, although the personnel at the front desk seemed bothered at times. There was no refrigerator in the room, although I'm certain that had I asked for one it would have been made available. I simply dislike the mini-bars that charge you for moving anything about. |

It's locat6ion is very suitable to a New York City/sightseeing stay as well located for transport and local attractions, restaurants. But in reality the hotel was about marketing hype, if you chose to believe in it then that is up to you but in reality the hype did not improve my experience of being there, it just led to disappointment. Lack of any public rooms/eating and drinking facilities -, a bar serving anything that resembled reasonable city prices. Really needed more public areas, even the bar was a a through way from the street to the foyer. |

The room quality, size , and bed . Everything was an extra - internet access , either in bedroom ( $15 perday ) or lobby ( $8.50 access + 50c minute ) ; mini-fridge for room had to be rented ! ; no coffee-making facilities in bed-room. In my opinion , any quality hotel should provide all of these as standard . We had friends staying in the Sheraton Manhattan locally , and all of the above were included - at a lower overall rate ! |

la ubicación es inmejorable. son muy atentos y rápidos en el servicio. los desayunos son famosos, vá gente que vive en nueva york a desayunar. tiene un bar que a todas horas tiene gente y no solo turistas, gente de la zona. |

C'est le plus mauvais rapport qualité prix que nous ayons eu sur New York depuis 20 ans !!! rien Voulions, propreté à désiré, je ne séjournerai jamais plus dans cet hotel, le service d'étage nul , j'ai du les reprendre à 3 fois pour avoir un baquet de glaçon propre , car de multiples particules sur les glaçons !!! Sale , les couloirs très vieux, un hotel veillissant et très mal géré, aucun service et des gens accros au pourboire |
