    Decor of hotel was nice. The bed was really comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They even surprised us with a bottle of champagne and strawberries since they knew it was our anniversary. Rooftop Pool and hot tub area was nice for relaxing. You can order drinks and have them brought up. Overall, great weekend.

    Elevators need some attention, slow and they were briefly out of order. Had to use the service elevator. Some of the banquet room guests were loud waiting on the elevator. Recommend a room away from elevators. The longer they waited for the slow elevators the louder they got.

    The staff is amongst the finest you will ever experience; they all take pride in what they do and how they treat their guests. The property is well maintained and the rooms were immaculate. The bed was so comfortable, we overslept every morning!

    Got to love the PB&J tradition. Pam at the lobby bar was the only staff member at the hotel that stands out and I was expecting all staff members to be as friendly as she was.

    The chairs at the pool need to be replaced they are uncomfortable and falling apart. I had no idea that coffee was complimentary in the lobby until I was checking out. The beds were lumpy not bad but not the best. One of the two elevators were out of order making the wait long.

    It may have been an old building but very clean and well kept. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Great central location.

    The beds were incredibly comfortable. Great location! Even though they did not have our reservation, the front desk staff was very nice.

    They did not have the room/bed style I had reserved. There was mold in our shower (skillfully masked on black tile). The cleaning staff was still IN MY ROOM when I had been given the keys and went up to enter after check in. The luxurious robes hanging in my closet were wet (poor drying or not changed out from previous guests?). When I mentioned this to the cleaning staff (who was still in my room upon arrival) I was fussed at for acting as if the ones I had were not sufficient (I was sure to be very polite and courteous. I understand that oversights can happen). Still, the response was rude and unacceptable. When I got there, the valet did not come to my car. None of the 4 bell boys in the lobby offered to help with my multiple bags (I had arrived alone). For such a historic hotel with a rich history in the city and for what I paid, I expected much better service.

    This place was beautiful and a amazing staff.

    The elevator was broken and we stayed on the ninth floor. I wished the served a better more economical choice for breakfast. The $20 buffet was a bit much.

    I love that our room was upgraded to a double suite for our one year Anniversary!!!! The Champagne, Strawberries & card was a nice touch!!!! I love this hotel!!!!

    The only problem was the wait for the elevator.

    It was a very nice place to stay.

    One elevator was broken during the whole weekend. That caused long waits for it. The Downtown parking is pricey. However it was handled well to get your vehicle when you requested it.

    Everything was Great! Specially Customer Service and room service! Snack Food , Fine Dinning and all dinning help was above expectations and your manage certainly reflects onto your people!

    Shower door gasket leaked water on floor and called for extra towells to clean up water. Bathroom faucet needs new areator...sprays very hard and splashes sink water all over your new freshly steamed clothes and cause water spots! Bathroom vent vibrated so hard when on, it seemed to rattle the walls! Elevators were very slow and caused extended waits or over -crowding because many people wanted on after waiting so long! Only one elevator was working, the second elevator was broke. Nobody said anything to us but there was a 3rd elevator being shared with employees and the swimming pool, & exercise areas on the roof-top floors.

    Very good location (5 min walk from the edge of French Quarter, and probably about 15 mins to the heart of it), courteous staff who goes way over and beyond their responsibilities to make one's stay nice, a lot of extra services (at quite a hefty charge, but none the less) that one might find challenging to find otherwise. We were there for a wedding of a friend, and extra services and help were very important. My kids loved the place, and we are surely coming back some day.

    Only very minor things were not perfect. One is that this is an old-city building with old-city plumbing, so shower/bath are somewhat slow. Also, oddly enough, airconditioner can only be set at below 69.5. Given it might be a 100 outside, it is awkward because we literally froze in the room at times.

    Lobby impressive and grand style. Nice little gym.

    Room and furnishings generally a bit worn and dusty. Only one elevator working for whole hotel. No coffee making facilities in room.

    This hotel was breath taking! The old world charm was wonderful. If you're looking for a historic and upscale hotel, then this is the place for you. The rail car stop was right down the street and the route took us directly to the garden district and audobon zoo. We were an easy walking distance to the french quarter. All of the staff were excellent especially the nice people at the bar area. The rooftop pool was amazing! If you stay here, you have to check out the PB&J sandwiches at 10pm.

    We love the old world charm and the staff is well versed in making one feel akin to royalty. Big soft bed with plenty pillows. Close enough to everything but far enough to be quiet. Great old hotel but sadly this will be our last stay. No fault of the hotel but I don't care for the result the lowered rates have produced.

    I didn't like the extremely low flow shower head or the half shower door because the floor stayed covered in wet towels. The pool needs professional cleaning, big body oil scum line. We've stayed here several times over the last ten years and it was always a pleasure. This stay however had a distinct "Groupon" feel to it. The clientele has changed, been downgraded somehow. Blue jean cut offs and flip flops were the norm this past weekend and there were two women that came down to breakfast in the the Crystal room wearing robes. I expect better and will as they say, move to a better neighborhood.

    Very luxurious! Staff was extremely attentive, and amenities abound. The hotel is gorgeous! My daughter and I felt pampered.

    Yes it is close to the edge of the French Quarter, but it's a long walk to the French Market. The pool looks great in photos but needs more upkeep. Water was cloudy and every lounge chair had broken straps. It was a a shame for such a beautiful hotel. Parking is over priced and to top it off there was additional parking tax. It almost added another day's expense to the bill.

    Le Pavillon is a beautiful hotel with lots of character. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Wonderful beds, perfect pillows and excellent service. I have never stayed at a hotel where everyone that worked there was an absolute pleasure!

    The hotel is great. All of the staff including valet parking were very friendly and courteous. There is nothing to not like about this hotel and staff.

    I did not like having to pay $39.00 per day for parking and I have never seen a tax on parking before this. The food prices were high and as a result we did not eat in the hotel.

    The staff were friendly and helpful. The Crystal room staff was excellent as well as the food. The hotel is beautiful. That is the reason I wanted to stay there because it is so beautiful.

    There was not anything that we did not like.
