No make up mirror. Would prefer keurig coffee in room.
Best bed ever. Love the peanut butter sandwiches atv10 pm
Daily maid service was woefully lacking with basic items like bath mat and bath towels not delivered. Most importantly, it was filthy. I found dead bugs and a mobile pager under the table covering as I was checking the room prior to leaving. The dust and dirt behind the chest of drawers and bed frame was disgusting. We continued to cough during our stay and couldn't figure out why this was happening only in our room..well, the dust got to us. This should not be a leading hotels of the world..such a disappointment. The breakfast buffet does NOT include beverages and that isn't noted on the menu so the up charge for coffee and juice was over $10.00. The housekeeping manager said he was shocked by the condition of our room .We were given the lowest charge for our first night stay off the bill. We much rather had paid our bill in full for a clean room. We can't believe our room was the only one in this poor condition..Beware and check the room condition when you check in.
Front desk personnel friendly
Bar tender was horrible (Thurs Apr 2nd evening)....she wasn't trained and gave the wrong person the wrong cocktail, then after the person tasted the cocktail, just switched it to the correct person....very bad to give someone a pre-drunk cocktail !!!!!
room, beds, roof-top pool

The furnishings in the lobby were beautiful. The lobby elegant, but cozy. A concierge was always present to answer questions about the hotel and about New Orleans.
We had issues with shower door (would not close) and mold was growing in the grout. When we requested maintenance for shower door they were prompt in taking care of it .
Location and comfort of room.
Accommodations , customer service skills, location , decor, and pbj sandwiches with hot chocolate!
Didn't stay longer!!!
The staff is incredible. From the Doormen to the Staff of the Restaurant. Miss Patty Cake and her waffles to Ms. Georgie are gems for LePavillon!!!
Great bed, room, staff. The pool and the gym are fantastic. Short walk to french quarter and the warehouse district. And away from all the Bourbon street noise and shenanigans.
Room small, crowded Housekeeping could use some improvement. Our 1 year old Grandaughter found a pill on the floor .... Could have been bad .... If someone wasn't watching closely Light bulbs out. Never replaced as requested ....... Room dark
Tough to get hot water for showering.
History, architecture, service, comfort were excellent.
very friendly staff, top roomservice (try the french onion soup!), nice antique ambiente, very clean and comfortable rooms, big tv, pool and hot tub on roof deck, free coffee in the mornings, good complaints management if anything goes wrong

Rooftop pool was great to get city view and relax. Staff very accommodating and helpful.
Very nice interior Peanut butter and jelly along with hot chocolate served every night free for all guests Excellent staff members
The room was a little pricy for it's size. No coffee maker in the room.
Old style Louisiana elegance. Beautiful dark wood bar. Adequate, but comfortable room. Very courteous staff. The doorman is a nice touch. Not far from Bourbon street.
