The carpets should be cleaned more often
Friendly, attentive staff. Beautiful rooms. Free coffee & newspapers in the lobby. Nice big TV. The bed was amazing. I really enjoyed the hotel.
Wifi didn't work that great. Air purifiers in the rooms would be a nice addition as it was stuffy and smelled slightly of fresh paint. Would love to see almond or coconut milk alternative during PB&J hour as dairy and soy can't be consumed by all.
Lovely hotel, great location, bar food was excellent and staff very friendly
Wifi was a bit hit and miss
Grand lobby, halls and restaurant. Helpful friendly staff. Well decorated room with very comfortable bed.
parking is expensive
I stayed 1 night but would have stayed all 4 nights had i not had other arrangements. The value on booking.yea was fantastic given it was mardi gras and last minute in new orleans. The hotel gas a old french look. Beautiful chandiliers, this man is in top hat tails bow tie and white gooves greeting you at the door. The room was too good to be true. If i return to new orleans this will always be the hotel of choice. Oh the location location location
The charming decor and the very helpful staff
That I couldn't stay longer!
This is a beautiful hotel full of old world charm coupled with modern amenities and excellent service! Thanks to Nick (doorman) and Pierre (concierge) we had a great stay in New Orleans!
the wonderful staff, and the hotel was beautiful I definitely will stay again. Only next time I hope to stay longer.
Well the walls were a little thin, heard some sexual noises through the walls
Le Pavillion lived up to it's haunted billing. The cork popped off our bottle of wine 3 separate times. We woke up for no reason between 2-4 a.m., and felt a strange presence in our room. Intriguing!
Decorations and furnishings. Warmth of greeting and doormen. The peanut butter and jelly sandwiches at 10pm in the lobby.
Cleanliness in the room could be improved, room dusty.
Peanut butter jelly bar rocks!
Location and history
We, loved the location, the hotel was clean and comfortable and, the helpfulness of the staff.
Need more electrical outlets in the room, especially near the desk.
Staff very friendling and accomondating.
Dated furnishings. Cramped room. Miniscule bathroom with no counter space.
The location was great.
I'm not sure if I was placed in a room that wasn't renovated but it was tiny, had a weird smell, & was extremely hot because the thermostat didn't work. Also the opening to the vent was hanging. It's not worth it for the price.
Wonderful, friendly and courteous Staff. Wonderful, elegant setting. Very very good PBJ with delicious Hot Chocolate.
The rooms, our room, needed a light to read by.
Upon exiting the restroom it is very easy to hurt one's self on the corner of the TV cabinet.
The PB & J reception at night is great. The rooftop pool and view are amazing. The staff is wonderful!
$40.00 per night Parking
Enjoyed everything, beautiful hotel and the hot cocoa with the cream was delicious.
The staff was phenomenal. Neither of us can remember being treated better in our travels.
Everything! The hotel is fabulous. Great staff, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches at night is a fun tradition, overall wonderful stay.
I grew up in New Orleans and always loved Le Pavillion, but never stayed there. When my boyfriend and I were in NO, November 2013, we stayed for a week. It was just what I always thought it would be and more. I have to say that my favorite thing about staying there is the PBJ bar at 10pm every night!
complimentary coffee in lobby; complimentary bottled water; location (not right in the middle of everything but a short walk away); beautiful decor; comfortable beds; ease of splitting bill upon checkout among group of friends
noisy neighbors (not the hotel's fault); room doors make a lot of noise when closing
