Everything! The hotel is fabulous. Great staff, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches at night is a fun tradition, overall wonderful stay.
complimentary coffee in lobby; complimentary bottled water; location (not right in the middle of everything but a short walk away); beautiful decor; comfortable beds; ease of splitting bill upon checkout among group of friends
noisy neighbors (not the hotel's fault); room doors make a lot of noise when closing
We travelled to New Orleans for our wedding and had our family stay with us at Le Pavillon. It was EXCELLENT to say the very least. They were SOOOOO welcoming. The rooms were great. The restaurant was great. The staff was just amazing. I especially love the special touch of PB&J and hot cocoa at 10pm. This made it feel like we were home - a great big beautiful home! We even went up to the roof top and hung out around the pool with our hot cocoa and watched the lights at the Super Dome. The whole thing was just spectacular. We had room service one morning, and a friend ordered us chocolate covered strawberries and champagne from the hotel and it was ALL great! Thank you for the most unforgettable experience! We needed a lot of help from the staff - from printing boarding passes to getting taxis to renting a party bus to getting flowers delivered. They helped us with everything!
There was nothing that I disliked.
I loved the bartender! She has been at the hotel for 15 years and is warm and compassionate. My son and I had completed a road trip from Boston to New Orleans and were a little tired. We had lunch at the hotel in the bar area. Our server was a sweetheart! Most of the staff were fabulous.
The slim woman upon check in was eeehhh. I asked if we could have two beds without an additional fee. Possibly an upgrade with American express platinum? While she kept calling me Mam, with a smile on her face I felt she could care less. The hotel was quiet and not booked. Our room was dirty, fecal matter on the side of toilet I noticed while taking a shower. The container housing cotton balls was caked in grime. The granite counter around the faucet cracked. Room felt dirty.
just few blocks away from Bourbon St., Hotel is beautiful and you can go walking almost anywere.
very expensive hotel, bathroom needs to be modernized. parking is not included and if you have a car or motorcycle is 40$ overnight.
personalized service from all staff. really comfortable room/bed. excellent amenities
Good quality people. I fell on a curb away from the hotel. When I arrived at the hotel the contiesier ( sp) accomplished a great first aid job
Loved the PB&J sandwiches and the hot tub on the roof.
Staff are so super helpful & friendly
A beautiful hotel, friendly staff and good locatiob.
Well situated, with some of the friendliest and most helpful staff I've ever met. Beautiful rooms with a lot of charm.
Everything was great.
There were no coffee/tea making facilities in room
I let them know it was my boyfriend's bday; there was a cake and bottle of champaign for him in our room when we arrived. Very nice..
No complaints! Only wish we could have stayed longer.
I filled out the questionnaire prior to arrival and one of the questions was the reason for the visit. Well we were celebrating my husband birthday they had cake and a bottle of champange waiting in the room once we arrived. What a great surprised we actually felt appreciated staying at the Le Pavillion.
I loved everything!
EVERYTHING was terrific, as always! This is my favorite NOLA hotel. It is located within a short walk of both the Super Dome and French Quarter. Rooms are very nicely furnished, beds are extremely comfortable, and the lobby is a nice, quiet place to relax.
The staff lobby crystal room bed
Lamp didn't work and some things were a little dusty in the room
The Staff give us the best Suite 930 to celebrate the event...Unforgettable! Champagne and ... If in your Life you went the best of the fest Stay GET IT! Thanks to All

Superb Hotel. Lovely fittings, furnishings and very well appointed rooms. The Jacuzzi bath was first class. Toiletries and amenities are first class. Great food too. Everyone we met were very pleasant indeed.
Wifi was very patchy. I had requested if some special amenities could be provided as it was my wife's birthday. None were provided. The Hotel did send up a bunch of flowers later of their own accord but they charged me for them. They subsequently removed the charge.
The location was excellent and the staff went overboard to make us comfortable.
This grand old lady is elegant and takes me back to a time of great Southern grandure.
Plumbing and electrical are showing their age and are not being very well maintained. Carpeting needs vacuuming.
no alternative early breakfast on sunday except the champagne brunch
- perfect bed - nicely furnished lobby & rooms - location not really in the french quarter, but quieter
- Noisy: you can hear everything that is said or that happens in the adjacent rooms - you cannot open the windows (smells in the room) - the concierge is not as funny as he thinks he is... - the doormen are busy with the cars but just wouldn't care about all other guests - WiFi password has to be re-entered each time you use your device
The room, bed, and quietness
Paying for parking, also having to pay for help with luggage
It is a very charming property. I am not a peanut butter and jelly sandwich eater, but you should not miss this tradition at 10:00pm nightly in the lobby. It was great!!!
Thanksgiving dinner was mediocre. A very weak selection. Nothing special.
The location is great, to be away from the fray but good enough for walking.
The pillows were polyester and really big.
