Le Pavillon Hotel    

Everything was perfect. The staff helped you out and made you feel very comfortable.

Very friendly and accomomdating staff.

Pam, a bar attendant was outstanding. The rest of the wait staff & management could learn from her.

Being placed beside a service room that was operated by loud & laughing staff from early morning to late evening mocked the fame that this hotel wrongly claims. Decent hotels have these areas separate to the (well) paying guests. I suppose with your head up your rear it's hard to see outwards clearly.

The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Nightly PB&J offerings were novel and fun. The beds were sumptuous!! Easy walking distance to most anything we wanted to see. The hotel was a beautiful example of old world elegant architecture.

Ambience, service

Bed was very comfortable. Pool and Hot Tub on roof were awesome!

50 dollars in fees on top of the 450 dollar nightly rate. And not even coffee in the room. If you wanted a soda it was 3.50 a can or a walk to the store, no vending machines. Staff would not talk to you if they were on there way out the door (off-shift)

I can't say enough nice things about Le Pavillon. From the time I arrived to check-out I was made to feel like I was the only person staying in the hotel. There is a warmth and generosity about Le Pavillon's way of looking after its guests; not something that I find so often when I travel. From Chef Pat in the restaurant at breakfast who will cook you an omelette to remember; or the lovely concierge, Lou, who will happily help with booking tours, this is a hotel that knows how to do the little things well. Like New Orleans itself, Le Pavillon is charming, infectious and beautiful.

The staff were absolutely marvelous! Top rate aith great attitudes! Loved the nightly PB&J's.

Bathroom counter space was very limited & there were no shelves underneath.

Comfortable beds. Cookies and recipe card. Excellent standards of cleanliness.

Buffet breakfast did not include drinks which i hadn't realised yet waiter encouraged you to accept coffee and juice.

It was wonderful to be surrounded by fine art and decor. The room was large and comfortable.

Almost $40 a day for parking seemed excessive.

The character of the hotel was great, a really nice French feel to the property. Location is handy to the convention centre and an easy 20 minute walk to Bourban street. The rooms are very nice with and old stye feel to them. They are not big but a typical hotel room size with high ceilings. The peanut and jelly sandwiches at 10;00pm were great too!

The only issue was that the lounge seating area was roped off in the morning, leaving not many seats to sit down in the lobby to have your coffee. The coffee is free though and nice and hot.

The hotel was a bit of a blast to the past, with a fun French theme. We enjoyed the bar and the small rooftop pool. The room was comfortable, pretty and quiet. The bathroom was nicely upgraded.

Could have been a bit cleaner. There was a few pieces of garbage around the jacuzzi.

The hotel is just beautiful. You truly feel like you are in different era. The service was the best. Couldn't be happier.

We loved the peanut butter and jelly at night-the staff-excellent-hotel beautiful and clean-we come to New Orleans quite often-this is our first stay at La Pavilion-this is where we will stay from now on

I liked the building. The staff was wonderful

The type of room for the money we paid. I could tell the room was patch up. The floor was uneven. The tub was to small for the amenities that they offer. It was not a luxury hotel. Just the decorating made it look luxury. I was disapointed.

The stay at La Pavilion is always perfect. From the Valet to the Housekeepers, they are all professional and act as if you are their only guest. This is by far my favorite Hotel in New Orleans. Very cosmopolitan, European feel and they bend over backwards to make sure your stay if perfecto!
