I liked that the front desk was so nice in helping me get checked in and such. After I got settled and was on my computer, the phone rang. It was the front desk calling to see if everything was okay and such. I had NEVER gotten that before from a hotel and it was really nice to feel cared about! The continental breakfast was really great--though they should invest in more of the waffle makers for people, especially on the weekends.
I didn't like that the bath towels weren't big, but that's just me.
The staff was nice and the landscape by the pool was nice
the bathroom in my room was horrible. The toilet was stop up the bath tub was stop up. My family and i stay in separate parts of the hotel. It was like people lived there.
Smelled terrible Bed uncomfortable Everything was dirty No option to switch rooms Bar filthy and taps were not cleaned, lead to disgusting tasting beer Elevator slow and old Sketchy area Mislead how close they were to Hershey Park Just overall a very unfortunate situation that I never want to have to deal with again
I didn't like a thing!
The attitude if the front desk staff was terrible. We asked for extra towels and washcloths to bathe with and wash our face with and the worker told us no, they don't give out extra. Won't go back again.
The vomit outside the door and the flies infesting the sink and tub. Holes in wall where pictures used to be.
Location was convenient.
Staff was rude and unaccommodating unless I complained. Elevator was out of order and I wasn't even offered a first floor room.
4th floor room with a broken elevator. Carpets were sticky. Bathroom was tiny and uncomfortable.
Coffee was horrible!! When checking out I had to keep asking the guy at the counter to answer me because he was not speaking or even lookin gat me. After asking to use his words another worker came over to explaine to me what was going on. Still the guy did not say a word! Beyond rude!!
The price was definely fair. You paid for what you got.
Room was very antiseptic smelling. The one door didn't lock and when staff were told about it the next morning, although they were interested in fixing it, were not apologetic or offering any compensation. Thought that was not very professional or courteous.
Wi Fi Pool
Old, room wasn't clean, hair in bathroom. Didn't make up room two days in a row, all doors stuck, phone didn't work, didn't get the rooms we had booked. Charged more then quoted by booking.com
Close to the Renaisance Fair Grounds.
When we arrived at the Days Inn my husband and I thought it was weird that no one had a uniform or a name tag. I reserved a king room, but they gave it away and never contacted me to let me know. They did give me a 10% discount for the inconvenience, but considering the room it should have been a lot more. So we were in a double in the old building. The door to our room wouldn't open. The front desk sent a man to help us that had no uniform, or nametag and honestly I never would have guessed he worked there by the extermely casual way he was dressed. When we finally got in our room we checked for bed bugs. It was that frightening. There was a gate around the section we were in that did not lock. The door to get into the hotel did not lock. No security at all. The paint around the door to our bathroom was peeling, and mold was growing inside the shower fixtures. When we were checking out we saw a sign that said this Days Inn was independently owned. The Days Inn should keep better track of who gets to use their name. I will make sure never to stay in an independently owned Days Inn in the future.
Distance from event was good.
Price was high for what was included. Room was small. Bathroom was not clean. On line price was not what they wanted to charge.
There was some confusion upon my arrival regarding the room's availability. So the desk clerk upgraded me to a "business king". The room was large an had a large closet, and was newly redecorated, with the exception of the tiny bathroom, which obviously had the original fixtures. Breakfast was good and included hot and cold choices.
Elevator was old and tiny, as was the bathroom in my room. Hotel is under new ownership, so I assume this will eventually be changed over, as well.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Doors close loudly. Could hear noise from other rooms.
I liked the location. Convenient to shops, restaurants, and the festival I was attending. I really liked the staff! Very helpful and curtious. I really enjoyed the coffee and the fact I could get a cup anytime!!
I didn't like not being able to get on the internet in my room when I wanted to! I thought the price should be a little lower for the condition of the building which is being worked on.
Where it was located. Needed to be between two golf courses, this was the best location.
Old, outdated. Painting with terrible smell throughout the lobby. Lounge closed at 10, nobody working knew of other places to go after 10.
Location, beds, good
breakfast, shower control did not work properly, Air conditioner noisy
Nice area, clean room and good foe what we paid for.
We had asked for no smoking room and we were placed on a smoking room and floor as they did not have anything else available.
Room size was nice.
Wifi on 3rd floor was too weak to get a signal.
Pam was great at the front desk.
Uh...would probably be the used condoms on the floor.
The price was the main reason for staying at this location
I asked for a refrigerator for my room and was told that it would be an extra $10. a day to have one and a micro wave put in my room. 5 floors-- 1 ice mach. on the 1st. floors.
All my special request were honored Nice room , cute center court yard new baby ducks on Lilly pads breakfast good
Pool not open some repairs being done but not hindering our comfort
Location near relatives. Reasonable price through Booking. Com -- comfortable night's sleep.
Still under renovation since change from Quality to Days Inn. Needs more work in lobby and new towels.
Everything! It was dirty we had dirty pillow cases cigarette holes in our sheets the smell of the room was gross. I will never ever stay here again. Lesson learned!!!!
