    I liked the size of the rooms, the hotel was very spacious and bright. I also liked the fact that we were given an upgraded room because we had an extra person in our party. The restaurant was closing, but they accomodated us.

    I couldn't get Internet, some of the members in my party were able to connect, but for some reason I couldn't.

    My follow-up reservation didn't got through and we have to pay to pay for the on site price rather than the online internet price.

    The washer and dryer was a plus and charge reasonable.

    The hair dryer was full of dust and it stays on less than a minute. I had to wait for it to cool down and try again. It had delayed my schedule. I informed the front desk and they had finally changed a new one.

    Excellent guest relations..staff was hands on and pleasant and helpful. Comfortable, clean room..great buffet breakfast and great dinner at the Magna restaurant.

    Walking distance of Citi Field. China Town shopping close.

    Area seemed a little rough. Way to many people. Wi-Fi was terrible.

    Great room, clean and spacious Good location, 10 mins walk to subway, shops & bus stops even closer, restaurants close by

    As this was a suite with cooking facilities, fridge, freezer, dishwasher etc. I was surprised that there were no cooking pots, cooking utensils, crockery or cutlery.

    Clean and comfortable considering the surrounding neighborhood. Staff was friendly and price was reasonable.

    Although location is convenient, the area is hectic especially during rush hour. Wifi is free but unstable.

    Service was great. I had a problem with the thermostat in my room (no heat). I called the front desk and the problem was fixed immediately.

    Convenient to LaGuardia

    We were upgraded to a huge room with a kitchen, etc. we were staying one night and leaving at 5:30 AM. Would have been okay but the heat couldn't keep up and the room was freezing. No light blocking curtains on the windows either. The fan blowing the heat into this impossibly large space ona zero degree night was very noisy.

    They upgraded our room to a 2 bedroom suite at no additional charge because of a snafu when my sister-in-law arrived before my wife and I did. The suite was massive with a full kitchen, dining area and a small living room with free WiFi. Bathroom had a jacuzzi tub (that didn't work) and a shower. The "Suites" side of the hotel is much superior to the hotel side.

    We felt like second class citizens because we booked through Booking.com. My sister-in-law was unable to check-in prior to our later arrival even though I spoke to the desk clerk on the phone in her presence. They kept telling me that, "If I had booked with the hotel directly, they would have let her in the room." Also, I didn't like the lack of a fan in the bathroom and the softness of the beds. Our booking did not include breakfast but would have if we booked through the hotel.

    Stuffs are very helpful and friendly. Nearly located with metro and gas station. With many choices of Chinese food in main street.

    additional parking fee is expensive. Cant check in on time due to the peaking season of holiday.

    Clean, comfortable bed, nice staff and great location. If you book directly with the hotel you get breakfast included.

    You should gice extra time for the shuttle cause they were late or me and I ended up having to take a taxi to make it to the airport on time.

    Super efficient, smart and thoughtful staff, really appreciated that when I parked for a moment (illegally) in front of the hotel, the concierge immediately came from behind his desk and walked outside with me to be sure I knew where to turn to find the garage (entrance around the corner, 1/3 of the way down the block). Room stylish, impeccably clean. Amused by the ice cream dispensing machine on the 8th floor. Good bagels at corner deli across the street.

    Somewhat distracted by airplane noise from nearby LaGuardia airport, but the room was pretty sound proof and there was no distraction from hall or other guests.

    Very good value. This was a very nice place that was far cheaper than other hotels.

    I know it's not part of the hotel, but I wasn't overly impressed with Magna.

    Very comfortable beds, nice clean room, good Italian restaurant attached to the hotel. Microwave, fridge and safe in the room. Courtesy shuttle to airport and US Open.

    Tea / Coffee making facilities and supplies not adequate for the price paid for the room. Would have liked a kettle and fresh milk / biscuits / plentiful supply of tea bags / coffee / sugar.

    The hotel was delightful. We were traveling with our daughter and the hotel was very helpful. The made arrangement for us to be picked up and taken to jfk for our flight. We would definitely us this hotel again when we go to New York

    At the restaurant, we ordered from the menu rather than eating the breakfast buffet. It was very slow and we had difficulty getting our bill when we were done. However, the dinner the night before in same restaurant was a wonderful experience. Delicious food and great service.
