Most filthy place I ever tried to stay. In fact, we called & booked another hotel & didn't stay there due to the smell & poor facility.

Terrible, there was nothing I liked about this place.

I usually try to stay at inexpensive places when I travel so I expect shabby accommodations but this was by far the worst motel I have ever stayed at. I have never before been afraid of bed bugs or that someone had been using my room as a flop house or drug den. That all changed with my stay at the Triad Inn. Need I say more.

The hotel is going through some renovations. Expect to see it looking better. Conveniently off the highway; just be mindful of the interstate construction.

Only two things. The room did smell a little bit of cigarette smoke, and I do realize it's hard to get it out completely. The other was the bulb above the sink was burned out. No biggie; I politely let the staff know.

It was cozy and down to earth. Not luxurious but the friendly front desk worker certainly made me feel at home.

The room was very nice and clean inside, staff was very helpful and friendly, pool.

Renovations, outside grounds were not attractive and trash on the ground in lots of areas..... Poor grounds maintenance.

The owner was honest and up front about the hotel going through make over and during the stay he was always quick with anything I needed and was very friendly. I'm sure he will get the place back to its old form in no time.

For the price you can't beat it! The staff was very friendly, our room was clean, and you could even smell the detergent on the sheets... Of course, it wasn't the Hilton, but for the money, it was a deal.

They had beds.

Run down horrible towels and linens, smoke free rooms smelled likem old stale smoke!

Not much other than location

Pretty much everything, uncomfortable conditions, poor standards..

There was not much that we did like about the triad and that's why we decided to leave a day early and go to another hotel.

What we didnt like was when we first got there in our room-no bulbs in the lights,no ashtray,no hairdryer,no alarm clock,no telephone,then they switched us to another room a couple doors down-same thing nothing in the room,smelled like bleach but we did stay in that room,then around 3am bikers came to the room next door making all kinds of loud noise,we were woken up at that point and could not go back to sleep,they kept hitting the panic button on the car. Next day we went to check out and demand a refund for the next night that we paid for. When we told the owner about the night we had and asked him if he was woken up he just shrugged his shoulders- no sorry or apologies at all. So, I would never in my life stay at that hotel again..........................

It was nasty & found bugs in the room.

1.charged more than booked rate. 2.have to go to front desk each day for clean towels. 3. non-smoking room reeked of smoke. 4. poor condition of room including toilet that didn't work properly and shower with hot and cold water faucets that were reversed. 5. etc., etc., etc.

Beds were comfortable

It looked run down and old. The building looked scarey. The heater was eather to cold in the room or to hot

Your getting what you pay for, i wouldn't pay more then 40 for this hotel and that is what it is priced at. So it is fair enough.
