ホテルはこじんまりしていて非常に綺麗で、スタッフの対応も素晴らしかったです。２階のラウンジではいつでも軽い軽食やコーヒー、紅茶などを楽しむことができ、夕方５時からのバータイムには、私の大好きなプロセッコのシャンパンや美味しいワイン、チーズなどお酒を楽しむためのセッティングも完璧で、かなり満喫できました。驚いたのはチェックアウト後、荷物を預かってもらい観光に出たのですが、その際『ちょっと余裕を持ってお戻りになり、ぜひラウンジをご利用ください』と言われたことです。チェックアウトしても、ニューヨークを出るまでは当ホテルのお客様ですので、というようなことを言われ、みな感激してしまいました。ゲストも身なりの良い方たちが多く、嫌な思いをすることなく、非常に快適に過ごせました。ニューヨークに行った際は、必ずまた宿泊したいホテルです。 カランからシャワーに切りかえるボタンが非常にわかりにくく、フロントに電話をしなければなりませんでした。蛇口の下に本当に小さなボタンがあるだけで、これはバスタブにきちんと表示したほうがいいと思います。また、同じ料金の部屋を２部屋予約したのですが、１部屋は窓がひとつ、クローゼットも小さく、洗面所も小さかったです。もうひとつの部屋は窓が２つ、クローゼットも倍の大きさ、洗面所も広く、同じ料金でここまで違うか、という感じでした。せっかく２部屋ともデラックスクイーンの部屋を予約したのに、狭い部屋はもうワンランク低い料金でもいいのでは？と思いました。 |

The hotel had a friendly relaxed atmosphere where we could totally unwind from the stresses of everyday life. Only negative was that the first room we were allocated was too small for visitors who were staying more than 1 night, we were staying 1 week. We did mention this to reception who immediately offered us a larger room which was perfect. |

We stayed at this hotel in June for 4 nights and have only good things to say about it. It's location is spot on and the staff were delightful, nothing was too much trouble. It really made our trip to New York City special and I will definately stay here again. It has everything you need and more with a roof top bar, fantastic restuarant, 24 hour coffee service and early evening wine and cheese selection, just what you need after a day in the city. I can not recommend this hotel enough. |

The staff was friendly, the hotel was very clean & comfortable. The amenities were as you described. The Lounge area on the 2nd floor offering "goodies" throughout the day was a joy. The elevator was situated within a few feet of the public entrance with the lobby off to the side. I would have preferred a more secured entry. In addition, the roof top bar personnel were not very courteous -- but we later discovered that they are not part of the hotel. |

Friendly, helpful staff. A relaxing place to stay, with a roof top bar, and a nice ground floor restaurant. Ideal for exploring on foot, with bus and Metro stops close by. Would definitely stay there again. Excellent. |

The staff was friendly and made us feel special. We got excellent service. I also liked the library theme and the bookcollection in the room. The selection of DVD-films was also nice. |

Great service: we checked in before noon, our room was ready 15 minutes later and we were offered coffee/tea while waiting. All the staff were extremely helpful and nice. Very nice decoration, good breakfast. The room was not that big for the price, but still OK. |

This hotel is near to an underground station, and it is the very convenient geographical convenience.I felt that the service that we could use the Internet for freely was good.Their service is recommended for the person who wants to enjoy the stay in the hotel to the full pleasantly. |

I loved all the different names of the rooms. We stayed in the Erotica room, I'm not sure if they were trying to tell us something. The recreational area on the second area was very pleasant, and we enjoyed the free wine during the evening (even after we'd checked out). |

Very helpful staff, spotless well maintained room, good location just off Madison Ave, one block from Grand Central. Lovely fresh breakfast - fruit, pastries, cereals, italian coffee machine, juices. Excellent cheese and wine buffet in the the evening. Tea/coffee available in lounge 24/7 We liked everything about this hotel |

The Cheese and Wine at 5 is a lovely touch and the bar on the 14th floor is lovely! One thing that lets the hotel down is the size of the rooms, we came from Morgans which has large spacious rooms which are much more inviting and comfortable. We also found the reception staff a little stiff. |
