Score from 111 reviews Very good
Buildings are not maintained well. No security . They looks very scary.
Proximity to Loon Mtn, restaurants and shopping.
The stopped up sink.
Flat screen tv Comfortable beds
Thick Ice in parking lot One lamp didn't work Wifi was slow Very cold floors Shower soap was awful
Rooms are close together; benches outside the rooms for smokers. Our neighbors smoked and talked all night outside and we could hear EVERY word and they weren't intentionally being loud. Kept kids up all night. I even heard them complaining of bugs in their room although none were found in ours.
The location was good in relation to loon, and it was around a lot of great restaurants.
The pool was supposed to be heated but didn't seem to be. The mattresses seemed old and so did the comforters. The TV did not come in clear. The room overall seemed outdated.
location and price. the pools looked good. Beds comfortable. breakfast was great. liked the benches outside the rooms. would be nice to sit out if good weather.
very run down. bathroom door did not close tight and then could not pull it open. had to prop table lamp against wall to hold it up. bedspread needed cleaning. shower door falling off track on both sliders.
No flat screen T.V / Location of Building Bed and furnishings
The pool was great and the beds were very comfortable
Rooms were modest but clean Maintenance guy was awesome!! Manager moved us to a new room and Comped our stay right away when we were swarmed by ants
Had our reservation for the wrong night 3 out of4 lights in the room didn't work Swarmed by ants
the view of the mountains really pretty area.
The water in the hot tub was just barley luke warm instead warmer as it should be, the light in the bathroom blew out, the beds were too soft and lumpy.
We liked the fact that it had an indoor pool and hot tub and The hotel was close to everything and very kid friendly..
The floor around the pool was very slippery and 5 people fell when we where there.. The hotel is very noisey ( which is good if you have loud children) But in my case I have 5 children in the age range of 10-17 whom are well behaved for the most part~ and we were woken up to very loud children in the rooms above us at 5am..The light did not work in the bathroom and the sink was clogged up ..
Room too hot and air conditioning ineffective. Room was rather 'tired'. Serving staff at breakfast slow and incompetent - we gave up and left.
First night good entertainment. Good size room.
Room location was horrible.View of backs of bldgs and hottop. Big Daddys restaurant was less than satisfying. Second night entertainment was bingo which never happened. TV's need updating.
Nice pool, great location. The beds were comfortable. I guess you truly get what you pay for.
Room dirty. Heater with exposed wires, light bulbs missing in room lamps. Rug stained. Lamp shade broken. No batteries in remote control. Restaurant service slow and wait staff rude (with the exception of the hostess).
close to everything we did while on vac.
i had 2 rooms-beds where old, sunk in middle, floors worn, one room smelled of mold badly.one room had lots of odor spray for the smells.i work on the road and pay a lot less for much better rooms.pool had wads of hair floating.didn't use the spa or pool because of it.restaurant was very high priced for a family on vac.
indoor pool was decent
room was dated bathroom grossed me out a bit just overall depressed and outdated facility
Location of motel
Pic showed on website for motel was not what we got for room. We were in a back building with central entrance - direct outdoor area was parking lot with very limited sitting. Outdoor spa/hot tub in front was not operational. Indoor pool in need of updating. Room rug soiled. Motel was "worn". Dad's was very expensive for breakfast. Price of motel was not cheap at $99 per night.
It was quite. Great location.
Everything!! Very run down!! Was opened in the 70's and I don't think it's ever been remodeled! It was clean, but had mold in the corners of the bathroom. Video games didn't work, inside pool area looked clean but didn't use it. Outside play area was very dated! I was very disappointed!
Pool area needs to be cleaned. Property needs a lot of maintenance. Service didn't ask how my stay was. Like they don't care.
Good food, friendly staff, great location.
The beds were very comfortable but the pillows were too hard...
