No ice or vending machines, and no guest laundry. The view of the ocean is a distant peek, and there is a .6 mile walk down the highway to get to restaurants (coffee shops are closer). Gravel parking lot and driveway, although we were permitted to park our motorcycles on the paved driveway near the office, which is not staffed all the time. Minimal wood provided for the fire pit, but it rained so we didn't use it. We wanted to park our motorcycles for 2 days but had to get back on and ride for ice, laundry and groceries. Not an issue with a car, just an inconvenience to arrive then find out there is no ice.
Liked the grounds - very cute and well-maintained. The breakfast is excellent, the wi-fi is good, and the cottage was clean, although very small. The location was walking distance (.6 miles) to restaurants and the ferry, although it was beside the highway with no path or shoulders. Motorists kindly did give us space. There is apparently access via a private drive across the street to get closer to the water, but we felt uncomfortable using someone else's private driveway, so walked to the ferry.
