The front desk staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Breakfast was also very good. The shuttle service to the airport was a great convenience. I can't complain about anything:)

Maid service leaves at a certain time. Rooms are only cleaned in the morning. If you sleep in you miss the chance of cleaning.

The availability of breakfast and the ability to print my boarding passes. My room was had a very strong and very unpleasantodor. It was very difficulty to spend anytime in the room. On top of that, neither did the front light work nor the airconditioning unit/heater. Ironing board was missing and I had to request it. I would not stay there again. The snacks ( a bar of Snickers) were way overly priced.

Clean, comfortable room close to the airport and access to major motorways. The breakfast area feels like it is sitting right in the lobby and is very loud and messy. Breakfast itself is completely unappealing and, at over $100 per night room rate, I would expect more than cereals and breads served on styrafoam plates with plastic utensils. The room is fine and OK if you need to be near the airport or the business park for a night or so but would not recommend for a longer stay.

The early morning shuttle to the airport left promptly and the driver was very professional. A pleasant experience. Thank you also for the fresh cup of coffee at that early hour. It would be nice to have a form pillow in addition to the others.

Arrived before noon time and got a room without waiting. Free wifi and free breakfast. Big and convenient room. Close to the airport and has shuttle. No eggs at the breakfast. No walking distance to shops or restorants

I requested and was granted a late check out. The staff (shuttle driver, front desk workers, b-fast lady, mgr who helped my find out where to catch a MAC flight) was beyond friendly and helpful (e.g., breakfast, coffee in room, do not disturb sign). They were warm and caring. Will stay here again!

This place is light years ahead in advanced design, simplicity, modernization. Truly geared to the traveler, it includes a board with flight information, easy print-out of seat assignments, free shuttle to trains and planes. Mormon Bible in every room -- isn't this too political?

We arrived 2 hours early after a 9 hour drive and the hotel staff was wonderful. They were able to check us in early and upgraded our room at no extra cost. Our room was very clean. Every hotel staff member we delt with were nothing but friendly and helpful!!! The breakfast although busy was more then we had expected since it was free. Nothing but good things to say about this hotel! The pool was quite small but we knew that before we booked... no complaints!
