Someone was working on plumbing or something right by us ut 8 or 9 in the morning each day-and u could hear banging thru the pipes. Not good if u wanna sleep in!
Size of room, bed and location.
Restaurant, however the main restaurant was closed for renovation.
Gym/pool/sauna Interior deco of the reception High quality bedding Cleanliness water fountains
Motel type of room, the window faces the parking lot and there is not privacy Breakfast is not included and just take a coffee with a croissant or similar is very expensive. In general all consumption is very expensive
Everything, feels like home
Great facilities, very clean, spacious room. Breakfast was really good, and the service was awesome.
The WiFi was very slow and sometimes difficult to find. The pillows were a bit soft.
The restaurant was closed when we were there, but the food in the coffee shop was excellent.
'Courtyard room', in fact facing onto car park
Good location, clean, quiet (even in a street side room), friendly staff, very comfortable room (Garden section), excellent breakfast options, tram stop close.
Although breakfast was excellent, the same cannot be said on other meals: I ate twice and the first was satisfactory yet not memorable, the second time I decided not to use the restaurant any more. The wifi was very slow in the evenings, ok in day-time and early morning.
The rooms are excellent and we were checked in faster than ever. Parking garage has elevator in the center so all spots are great parking
- big room and bathroom - fast WiFi - comfortable bed
- no free breakfast - the locks on the doors are a bit weird and would not always open.
I think if you have special prices for people traveling from HAWAII for General Conference in October u would have a lot more people fromHAWAII staying at your hotel. Lot of Hawaii people want to stay But the price is high for a lot of them. so they go stay elsewhere.......
Food Facilities Professional staff Overall ambiance
The room was clean as always.
We have stayed at Little America numerous times and have been quite satisfied. We come at General Conference time and watch most sessions from our room along with some friends. We reserve a king size in the garden rooms because there is a couch, coffee table and two nice big chairs. This time our king size looked like it was put in a room where 2 queens used to be, no couch, no coffee table, only one big chair, bed very uncomfortable, and same price. Will look for a different place to stay next time.
The room was a good size and very comfortable. I would recommend this total to others.
There was no little fridge in the room
Very friendly staff Very clean Nice big rooms Nicely decorated Great beds Quality of sleep Good breakfast History of the hotel Location
the room smelled musty.
Friendly staff , spacious comfortable room, well priced
Really liked the size of the room and quality of furniture. Very well set up.
Wished their was a fridge and microwave.
I have been staying at Little America for the past 15 years and it is always a pleasure
The motel is In a great location for salt lake.the staff was very good and helpfull to be around.my Wife and I always enjoy the flowers around the outside areas We also like to eat the Sunday brunch there but the area has been under construction all summer bummer.
The bathrooms are pretty dated in all of the rooms( we spend around six weekends a year there) you dinning area has been in construction all summer when will it be completed some of the furniture seams kind of beat up also.
I liked the lobby and lounge/bar area. V.comfortable nice decor & relaxing. Healthy breakfast choices on the run. Like the outdoor pool & gas fire heater. Hotel staff at Concierge & lobby were great. The train station on the street corner takes you into town for free. Goes to Arena & airport. V. convenient.
People were arguing in the room next door for about 3-4 hrs & after contacting security I felt v,uneasy to be in the room when the lady wanted to know who complained. I asked to be relocated ( Was told if it happened again they would be asked to move) but I think they should have upgraded me instead of giving me a room which was nearer the road . Got upgraded when I spoke to the manager next day.
My room was very pleasant and fresh! The in-room fridge was a pleasant surprise! The extra effort that I received from one of the Cafe managers to enhance my dining experience.
The mattress. A bit too hard.
Excellent staff and service Mark, the concierge was very helpful Reasonably priced Close to tram station
Insufficient selection of vegetarian meals.
It is a great location. Walk across the street & jump on tram to see the sights. Rooms are quiet & comfortable. You would not believe the luxury & convenience you get for the reasonable cost.
The staff was helpful, the cafe on location was excellent, particularly our server and other staff. The rooms were huge (we had a double queen bed) with plenty of space in the room...a desk, two double chairs and the vanity with sink outside of the bathroom was perfect for smaller children. Additionally, as I was leaving the room, a bellman was delivering towels and offered to take my bags to the front. Once they brought my car up from valet, three bellmen assisted me...they were fantastic! I will definitely stay here again!
I was traveling with three children ages four and under. I'm not certain if they purposely put families or if all of the double queen rooms are in the older section but it is a pretty far walk from check-in to the rooms that also have no elevators. Only two floors but traveling alone with the three children, the staff could have at least put me on a bottom floor room so I didn't have to traverse stairs or should have called a bellman to assist me. While the 4 and 3 year old had their own rolling bags (I travel often and plan accordingly), I was holding the baby with another rolling bag. I would just recommend that staff be mindful of the situation when assigning rooms based on occupancy request (my request indicated 1 adult, 3 children --- with ages).
